The missing beach bar, poor snack bar/drinks from the bar/dinner from one night, the other dinners were ok. In the offer they wrote us there is a beach bar, but there wasn't. Overall was a nice experience, but they have to change some things.

Poor breakfast. Welcome to the canteen... Parking scam. 30 RON /day, but if you get out with your car and come back, you have to pay another 30 RON. You pay each time you leave for a whole day.

The hotel is modern, breakfast was very tasty, the room was clean and very nice. In the evening there was entertaining with different activities. The beach was clean, spacious with included umbrellas and sunbeds. The beach is 10 minutes walk. For the parking you need to pay and it is very expensive 30 lei/hour.

The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful (the lady that checked us in and the gentleman that had the night shift in particular). The room was beautiful and the property itself in general was very nice. The restaurant of the hotel as a whole. We had to wait way too long to get the menus after sitting down (considering there was nobody else in the restaurant at the time). After getting the menus ourselves (which is not such a horrible chore in itself but you wouldn't expect it in the restaurant of a 4 stars hotel), I ordered something from the menu and asked the waiter to bring it without garlic or lemon (which I cannot have because of a health issue) which he confirmed. After a long wait (perhaps too long considering the restaurant wasn't at all busy and all we ordered was a burger and a salad) I received my salad with garlic and with the explanation that the message was delivered to the cook. I ended up eating just parts of what I ordered just because I was hungry and didn't want to wait again for something else. It is really unfortunate that such poor service is allowed to spoil the experience in such an otherwise beautiful hotel.

The hotel is clean and modernised. Not enough parking places. Impolite attitude of the receptionist. Scarce breakfast. At 9:45 they were closing the food area. Not enough toiletries (only soap and 4 packs of cotton pads and cotton buds), the shampoo recipient in the shower was empty).

No parking in the hotel lot. Charge for parking. Parking in surrounding area horrible. Lots of traffic.

2. The pool is decent 1. Generally speaking most of the employees are not giving good service. Examples: I have paid the hotel in full in advance yet when arrived I have been told I didn't pay and I should show a proof I did Asked for water from reception at 22:30 (I paid for all inclusive) the receptionist told me at this hour I can go outside to buy water. 2. The all inclusive is really bad - almost everything is extra money and it ends at 21 everyday, even if you want water.... 3. Food quality is very poor - food is not ready when the launch time is starting and if you by mistake arrive 40-50 min before closing you will find empty trays which they don't fill up back. 4. The beach is at least 15 min walking.... 5. Prices are very high (above 300 eur a night...)

The staff helpful and nice. The parking was for a fee. The food, the cooked one, was mostly cold. The slide from the pool functioned on a tight schedule.

The room was ok and the mattress was very comfortable. We slept well I didn’t like the food so much, was repetitive and also I didn’t like the fact that it wasn’t a tag with the food name and ingredients.

The property is great, everything there was brand new and looks luxurious The heated swimming pool was a lie. It wasnt heated, or at least not enough. I was freezing just with my legs in.

The hotel was as-expected, but the location (Eforie Nord) was not ideal, especially beginning of summer as not even all stores were opened.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything is new and clean, very nice lobby. The room is very comfortable and clean.
