Clean, beautiful people

Proximity to the beach. Difficulty in finding a parking place. Neighborhood can be noisy. The surrounding streets need repairing and cleaning.

Close to the beach and to the city center. The food in the restaurant is delicious and live music in the evening is a plus I’ve been traveling with my 86 y.o. mom and my diabetic brother who has serious walking problems. Despite my early booking I’ve been given a second floor room and the property doesn’t have an elevator. I’ve requested a ground floor room as a special request through Booking.com and the property answer was reassuring they will provide that. At the time at the booking I also knew that breakfast was included. Well, surprise: it wasn’t! And having a cold and overpriced breakfast is not an option. Lunch and dinner menus are identical and soups are not served after 6:00p.m. If you are a tea lover, just forget about it: the bar is not serving any kind of tea at any time of the day!? For a four nights stay we didn’t have any towels or bedding change. Nor was any other cleaning done. Only some toiletries replenished and waste bin emptied. In conclusion: if you want not just a ruined holiday but a daily struggle to get what you actually paid for, then choose hotel Evia!

- location close to the beach - CLEAN hotel (I mean it) - lovely reception area and hallways - free parking in front of the hotel - big room - toiletries - towels exchanged every day - LCD TV - when having the breakfast, you didn't know where to go to place the order - I entered the "kitchen" area in the right side of the hotel right when exiting the lobby - after entering that area, a tatooed girl yelled at me to get out and wait on the terrace - I personally avoided the restaurant/terrace area after the above situation - advice: a "NO ENTRY" sign could easily save those type of situations

The rooms were very clean and good value - what we expected, the staff were very friendly and even kept our luggage after the check-out, and the location was simply put perfect - close both to the beach (<250 m) and to the main street (275 m). They even had a good restaurant! Even though it was a very good accomodation, one small problem that we had was that the AC wasn’t so good in the room we stayed in, but that was not a problem for us, as we spent most of our day on the beach, and the evenings were quite cool.

nice breakfast, cleanless, great location, good restaurant with tasty pizza and traditional food, life music mould on the bread (only once and only on one piece...)
