Some of the jacuzzi's water jets weren't working as expected, but we still thoroughly enjoyed it and had a wonderful experience.

I liked that it was a quiet area. We had breakfast included but we could also use the vouchers for any other time of the day. The restaurant had great food. The wi-fi was going on and off, impossible to use for calls or meetings. There were small spiders and spider webs in our room. I’ve communicated the staff at the reception that one of the tv is not working and she suggested I check the wire in case it’s disconnected. Although that was something that I thought about myself, I was expecting the issue to be solved when I come back to the room not to be offered a suggestion on how to fix it. The parking space should come with a voucher to a car wash because after 4 days it that parking spot the car was like a sticky candy, possibly from the trees and bushes that were covering the cars. The so called balconies were very close to each other leaving no space for any privacy, as we could hear even when one of our neighbors would open a can of beer. I would personally prefer a room with no balcony than to pay for a room with a balcony that I do not feel comfortable to sit on.

Great food at breakfast, good value for money, good location, the parking is right there. Had to wait for a few minutes when we got there late, at 10PM, despite the check-in being all night. The people working there treat you like you're disposable as a client. They do their thing, having their coffee, chatting about their lives, and barely being considerate that they're there to make you feel better. The entire culture is like this.

One sauna was not working, the water pool was cold and the jacuzzi as well and a bit dirty.

The breakfast was ok, not a big variety to chose from, but the food was good. The room was quite small, but we did enjoy the terrace, that came wit a lot of cats. The staff was nice. We had to request a different room because of the very strong diesel smell which came from the generator outside. It was also strange that it was not possible for the dry sauna and the Turkish sauna to be on at the same time.
