Hotel Rhodos

Excepțional. Au renovat cu fonduri europene în perioada 2022-2023 și se străduiesc să păstreze totul impecabil. Personalul este foarte atent la nevoile clienților, confortul si curățenia sunt comparabile cu alte locații din zona care au 4*. Se face curățenie, se schimba prosoapele, se duce gunoiul în fiecare zi. Saltelele și pernele sunt un mare plus. Deși oferă doar mic dejun, fac tot posibilul sa fie o experienta plăcută, și declarăm că este. Diversitatea alimentelor nu este foarte mare, dar poți alege cu siguranță ceva care sa îți placa, și în plus totul a fost proaspăt. Apa la duș este fierbinte instant, debit foarte bun și scurgerea fără probleme. Dușul are un prag care nu lasă să se inunde toată baia. Nu sunt mirosuri neplăcute în baie sau în camera. Parcarea este gratuită, în limita locurilor disponibile. Am făcut early check-in fără cost suplimentar. Un mare thumbs-up pentru asta. Am luat și o zi în plus, vremea a fost superba și condițiile găsite în locație ne-au convins sa prelungim sejurul. Au fost corecți la plăți și raportul calitate/preț este grozav. Ne-ar fi plăcut opțiunea de demipensiune. Espresorul nu era disponibil decât la micul dejun, pe parcursul zilei îți cauți cafea în stațiune. Diversitate destul de mica a alimentelor la micul dejun, același meniu în fiecare zi. Aceleași ouă devin plictisitoare destul de curând. Este nevoie de mai mult interes din partea administratorilor stațiunii, am mai reclamat asta la review-uri din Eforie Nord dar nu s-a citit sau nu le pasă- nicio toaleta pe toată lungimea plajei.

The location is the best feature, just 5 min from the beach. Very clean and nice, the only issue is that between 8-9 AM, it is very crowded at the breakfast to the point where you may not have a place to eat at a table, but after 9 AM it is perfect. Also, the water during the showers gets spilled everywhere in the bathroom's floor, but that is not a big deal if you wear slippers.

The breakfast and the location were good. The towels and sheets in the room must be changed every three days. During my stay, the towels and sheets were not changed. Only the trash taken and the toilet paper put in the bathroom.

The place is actually nice and clean! A few minutes away from the beach.It looks new or newly renovated. It is nice overall! I just don’t understand why the AC is on and off by itself, so it is on then it will be off and it would be hot. But anyway maybe I just didn’t know how to set it up fron the remote… overall the place is nice and I recommend it!

Well above the conditions offered by the other hotels. Room cleanup was not done very well. Many times they resumed to only change the towels

Really nice front desk, good location, comfortable beds Cleaning ladies need to be fired. Seriously, such nice location, nice rooms but when we arrived we found rotten food in fridge from previous guests, floors were dirty.
