I didn’t like a single thing about it. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this resort. I booked this property because it had a cleanliness rating of 9.3, but my experience was the complete opposite. In my opinion, it deserves a zero for cleanliness. I honestly do not understand how this resort has a five-star rating—it does not even deserve one star based on the condition of the facilities and the level of service I experienced. The bathrooms were in very poor condition, with visible rust, clogged drains, and leaking faucets. Even more unacceptable was that the bathroom was never properly cleaned during my entire stay. Not once was it thoroughly cleaned—it appeared that housekeeping only gave the floor a quick wipe, and even that was well below an acceptable standard. The pillows had a very unpleasant smell, making it uncomfortable to sleep, and their quality was extremely poor—far below what anyone would expect from a five-star resort. The overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. On one day, our room was not cleaned at all, despite the resort being almost empty with very few guests. The food quality was disappointing, and the staff’s attitude was generally rude and unprofessional, making the overall experience even worse. The only exceptions were Ahmed at the reception and Ahmed who drove the golf cart. Both were courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful. They were the only staff members who provided excellent service throughout our stay. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing resort experiences I have ever had. I cannot recommend this resort in its current condition. It urgently needs major improvements in housekeeping, maintenance, food quality, bedding quality, and staff training before it can justify its five-star classification.

The rooms are clean 1- The beach is NOT serviced at all 2- The sea is not suitable to swim, huge amount of rocks 3- The food is extremely expensive unjustifiable, i am taking about double price of fine dining - example spaghetti arabiata is 750LE ++, mixed grill 2000LE ++ and medium quality 4- No hair dryer available in the hotel and when i asked for one they simply said we don’t have !!! ( very basic thing) 5- Breakfast quality is toooo low, very cheap cheese and cold cuts, staff smells bad 6- Music is tooo loud l, continuous and huge speakers very close to the rooms until 1-2am, u cannot sleep or have rest 7- Security everywhere as if we are entering a high sensitive facility not a normal hotel 8- Staff at the reception even didnot ask about my experience at check out, they didn’t bother just they need the money and good bye

It was spacious and the rooms were big and comfortable It is located next to the presidential palace which made it so difficult for Uber or taxi to get in. There were several paths to reach the resort. However, due to it’s location next to the presidential palace, all roads were closed except for one and that wouldn’t show on the map right away!!

This is one of the most beautiful resorts I’ve stayed at. We had a pretty rough morning but when Mr.Ahmed Saad from the staff heard about what happened to us he surprised us with unbelievable upgrade to the villas! It was a real treat! The comfort, the privacy, how spacious it was, the decor, the private pool, the courteousness of the staff was above and beyond. I will definitely be coming back but for a longer stay this time and I couldn’t be more thankful for the unbelievable hospitality?

rooms are nice Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. The reception staff were not welcoming or helpful, and the overall customer service needs significant improvement. The beach is very rocky, making it difficult to enjoy the sea. Also, the hotel does not have an aqua park on-site. The aqua park is located at another hotel within the same resort, and guests have to take a shuttle bus to get there, which is not very convenient. Getting around the area is also very inconvenient because of a nearby security checkpoint, and no food delivery services are available to the hotel. In addition, the snack prices are extremely expensive, and the food quality was disappointing. Overall, we did not feel that the experience was worth the price, and we hope the hotel addresses these issues to improve future guests’ experiences.

Our suite was exceptionally spacious, beautifully designed, spotless, and very comfortable. The pool was fantastic, always clean, and perfect for both adults and children. The food was another highlight of our stay. Both breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of delicious options, with excellent quality and something to suit every taste. A very special thank you to Mr. Ahmed Saad from the reception team. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference. He assisted us in getting a wonderful suite, and his warm hospitality made us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we've had. We highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back. Nothing
