The rooms had a very bad smell, and the level of cleanliness was unacceptable. The bathrooms was dirty and had an unbearable Odor, so my children and I could not use it for an entire night. I also found an insect on my bed, and both the beds and sofas were dirty.

Nothing I honestly regret staying at Gewan Resort. The hotel is way too overpriced for what you get. The room was dirty, and the floor always felt slippery and oily, like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The bedsheets also had a bad smell and didn’t feel fresh or properly washed, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. The breakfast was another big disappointment. The restaurant had a strong smell of raw eggs every morning, which completely ruined the experience. The food quality was poor and there weren’t many good options. Overall, this hotel is not worth the money. The quality is far below what you would expect for the price. I wouldn’t stay here again, and I can’t recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay.

Very limited service on the beach, on weekends breakfast is a nightmare. Too crowded with limited supplies and space. Limited supply of towels on the beach, shower on the beach doesn't work

Spacious rooms with pool and sea views. The staff member Rimonda provided attentive and satisfactory service throughout our stay and followed up with us afterwards. At 5pm check-in, only two of our three rooms were ready despite standard 3pm check-in. The third room’s floor was still wet from cleaning. None of the rooms had standard amenities (towels, slippers, robes, dental kits)—we had to request and wait for these basics. Customer service fell short for a 5-star property; we had to request multiple items and reaching reception by phone was difficult. The hotel is isolated with no on-site kids’ activities, requiring daily off-site outings. The daily BBQ in the pool area starting at 5pm produced smoke and food odors that consistently penetrated our rooms. Breakfast had limited selection and didn’t justify the accommodation rate.

The rooms are clean, the maintenance guys are good in fixing broken bathroom. Not much to do in the property, the beach wasn’t clean, the breakfast wasn’t good. Water Heater stopped working 4 times

The pools are wonderful and properly serviced with the wave restaurant and the pool bar. All staff are very cooperative and helpful starting from the receptionists and all the staff cares about all other facilities. The beach was nice, clean, had some beach activities (extra charged) and had a nice beach bar. The beach was secured with safety staff ready all the time to interact with any serious situation might occurs. The maintenance team with very professional and helpful, once I complained an issue in my suite they fixed it immediately. No night activity or pool parties. I think the hotel administration shall think more about the day/ night activities in hotel.

Beautiful location and beach. Staff was helpful. Food was plentiful. Sarah at guest relations went above and beyond to fix issues we had. Chalet was unfit for anyone to stay at. Pictures of chalet. Toilet was leaking on the floor. Moldy smell seems from the AC. Extremely dirty and seems that it hasn't been cleaned for a while. Fridge had accumulated ice. I shared the pictures with Sarah and she was able to get us rooms that were decent but much better than the Chalet.

Breakfast buffet was very crowded and not enough tables and not enough food , no food beside the beach , internet was very very slow

It was a great elegant experience The beach need improvement
