So comfy Host really welcoming

Upon arrival at 9pm we were told that the hotel will not honour our reservation and claimed that they cancelled our reservation. It was still confirmed in booking.com and they never reached out to us. We had to rush trough the city in the night to find an alternative accommodation. The irony, the next morning I received a mail, that I did not show up for my reservation. I kept the customer service of booking.com from the moment of refusal in the loop and was more than surprised that they blamed us as no-show, and therefor claiming the money for the night.
