Park Suites Hotel

The hotel is very clean,AC work very well have a small refrigerator,microwave,everything is exelent,I don't like something,deposit is too high (100 dlls) and i have to wait 5 to 7 days to return to my account.

Holor a humedad, signos de liqueo de agua, luces de la entrada no funcionan. Talvez las sabanas esten limpias, pero la habitation necesita un buen mantenimiento....peor que un hotel de paso.... para el precio que cobran.....el sofa esta viejo y sucio, da miedo sentarse

No me volvería a quedar

Stay 3 nights, room was cleaned only one time, carpet is dirty 40%, sink clogged, tiny stand to place items by sink, no soap holder in show , towel s were clean, greeted by staff when check in , but not when check out. Great layout in building, hope service get better.

Great stay, hotel is a little older but the price was amazing.

Could use some minor updates to the bathroom to make it a little more comfortable. We had a fan that would automatically turn on and was scary loud. Pool and hotub wasn't used as much as I would like. Some nights they were fully in use by other guests for hours and others I quite feel they were not as clean as the color of the water was cloudy and off. If you catch it on a day maintenance was done it was perfect.

The property the bed and pillows make you itch and the furniture is broken for this price is not worth it.

The stay was pleasant and satisfying.

Smoke odor in the room... Sheets never changed, dusty and AC unit was loud along with the next room plumbing. Would have never stayed here if I knew the condition way ahead

Room was very clean with super comfortable beds, staff was very nice but I want to give a special thanks to Owen who was very helpful, This is my 1st visit in El Monte and for any future visits I will definitely be going back to this hotel.

Loved that they had those recommendations for attractions to explore. Was also nice they had an ice machine and a vending machine and it was right by sooo many things like gas station, freeway, Starbucks, target, etc. The Jacuzzi room was beautiful! Water was hot. Bed was not thee most comfortable but it did it’s job :)

Everything was good no big issues

The room was incredibly dirty, splatter of who knows what on the wall. The ceiling was yellow you can tell the room was smoked in. The furniture was crumbling on the edges. There was weird sticky things stuck on the hair dryer on the wall. I am so glad we took our own blankets because I was afraid to sleep under the sheets. The hotel was so outdated. The tv doesn’t always work and you have to fight to get internet service to work on the tv. I tried reaching out to Expedia to switch hotels but that was way too time consuming so I minimized how much time we spent in the room. My husband felt unsafe because of the neighbors next to our room so he slept on the couch to ensure our safety.

TV did not work and furniture was very outdated

The pool area was gross, as they had old pizza on the tables left out and over on the ground by the hot tub which was gross. The room was very clean and nice!

We really enjoyed our stay. I was very surprised by how quiet it was. We also found it extremely easy to get on and off of the freeway. The staff was very friendly everytime I approached them.
