Pool and clineness of the room and garden, respect to the caretaker. I loved the turquoise colour of my bed curtains Burning smell in that area and more mosquitos, cos more green, over pushing with extra services. Like, 4 or 5 times, even I got it from booking sms, then I was explained every time I shown up near cooler, and suggested to take the photo of prices, when I was picturing wi fi password(OK, wi fi not working in the dorm) , it's a bit too much. Maybe it's such a policy, but looks a bit money hungry.

Pool had no shadow and beach in that part of town often not accessible

We really liked staying at Masayana and were happy to get out of the center of el Nido when going home. Walking only takes around 15 minutes makes it the perfect location away from all the noise. Great cozy place with a pool and really friendly staff. -

The hotel is 10min from town only in a quiet aeea not like the center of el nido, the ambiance is super nice and tge staff took good care of me. Thanks to Vang and the super barman Justine... The room was very confortable... That i have to meave already ?

The location is a bit of a walk from downtown with only a few restaurants in the immediate area. I didn't mind the walk at all and actually prefered being away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but the walk home at night can be difficult without many lights and you're sharing the road with bike and tuktuks. The rooms are not entirely weather stripped (little gap at the bottom of the door and in the bathroom) so I had spiders, cockroaches, and mosquitos in the room with me. I also didn't really mind this, but I can see this being an issue for other travelers.

The swimming pool The mattress was extremely thin, I could feel the bed frame of the bed on my back and the manager/owner disappeared and didn't care. They later moved me to another room which was only slightly better but still very uncomfortable. I talked to other people and they complained about the same thing .

Little WiFi issues, but generally was good. Staff are very nice and helpful.

Really great hostel, good location. The swimming pool is really well maintained and clean. Beds are comfortable, curtains allow for privacy in the hostel rooms. Spacious, good storage, staff are super lovely. Everything was very clean. I'd recommend this hostel to everyone!!

The place is quiet and not so far from town, the internet was not bad, which was great because I needed to work. They helped me organize my tour in El Nido and also helped arrange transport there, which was convenient.

Great stay, the property v nice. You get access to a co-working space and the pool. You can order a simple breakfast there. The hostel room is a bit small as well as the bathroom. You need to rent a towel. The walk is about a 22-25 minute walk from town but you walk along the beach. Good value from the price if you don’t mind the walk into town.

Beautiful rooms and surroundings. The location is great too, easy walk to town through cute local neighborhood. Great and attentive staff. They offer drinking water at the reception. I wish I loved this place more but unfortunately if you don’t book the deluxe room, the regular room was more expensive for some reason and the bathroom was really small, the shower and bidet were broken and the floor gets all wet from taking a shower since they don’t have curtains. I think they could make all the bathrooms better, and definitely add shower curtains!!!!

I loved the breakfast. You have 3 choices to pick the evening before, I tried the omelette and was delicious, French press coffee and very good juice. They have a very good welcome traveler kit for everyone in the room with toothpaste and toothbrush, soap and toilet paper. I like the environment and smiley staff. It is little sketchy to get here, hard to reach even with tuck tuck but possible. Not super comfy bed and pillow but good enough.

Bathroom smelled pretty bad and was not super clean

I liked that it is away from bar noises. It’s a nice 15 mins walk into the main hub of town. The staff are very helpful and kind. Will return for sure and hopefully, the swimming pool will be ready by then. Had to pass by the cemetery which is kinda creepy at night?

It was quiet, because it was far from town. It had a good size bed and a good mattress. Also, the room size was good. Decent water pressure. They had 0 services. We spent 3 nights there and they didn't take out the trash one single time. We found mouse droppings on the night table. They did come in with a mouse trap. Next day, other droppings :))). They cleaned a lot on the outside, but never touched the room. The rooms had no fridge. There is a kitchen looking common space with a fridge but we were told it is not available for guests. They didnt cook anything there, it was just an empty space. Very dissapointing.

The front desk greeting was quiet and a bit dismissive upon our arrival. Luckily the room made up for it!
