Power went out and they weren’t able to switch the generator power. It only went off for an hour, but many other facilities switched to their generator power, and ours did not it also went out during the night for a short period of time I don’t know, but my CPAP machine was not operational due to no power and I woke up with a sore throat

No real windows in room.

Booked this hotel for my family, and they were so happy with the location and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was nice and very accommodating. Would highly recommend! ✨

Style was great No privacy ther doors are roller doors withe big gaps in them blindfoolds for windo did not cover windo so people could her and see me and wifey having sex ?

Nothing it was great

The breakfast and coffee were some of the best we have had. The location made it easy for us to access our excursions and ferry to Coron. There are plenty of restaurants in the area as well. The doors to the rooms are barn doors with a weird locking system. The hotel is on a very busy street so noise is an issue.

The restaurant and breakfast was great. The staff were helpful and friendly. The doggy that lives in the hotel is also sweet. The location is right on a busy road and there’s no privacy at all—the room had a full fish bowl view onto a busy intersection and the only way to get privacy is to close the thick curtains and sit in the dark.

We lived the decor of the entire facility. We had the opportunity to meet one of the owners, who was very personable. The staff was very respectful and courteous. All in all the unique style of this hotel made for a wonderful experience. We will come back for sure. There was nothing to dislike about this hotel.

location was great! staff was super great lalo na kuya joemar, allen si rica at si ran! they run the hotel nicely mababait na staffs. food was also great in the morning, location was top tier super near sa city center and sa place where all the boats leave for island hopping, our friend got an upgrade the next day but he had to stay in other place because they had issues with overbooking. but other than that i'd really reccomend this place sobrang linis and very nice interior nila.

The breakfast was superb. The location is very accessible. The staffs were very polite and hospitable. Very nice and cozy to stay place to stay at El Nido
