H Hotel El Nido - Vegan Friendly Hotel

Vegan food and with two options between the resorts/ hotels for breakfasts I wish there was a swimming pool.

The wall are thin, you can definitely hear next door. Each time you closed the door, you have to slam it a little hard to completely shut it or else it will beep so therefore you can hear all your neighbor closing their door. Especially at night, that could wake you up.

The property was close to everything and nice view from our room. The toilets has a little stains on them .

This is my first review to write and it’s because my stay was exceptional. One of the best hotel stay experience I had. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Booking any tour or spa visit through them is very convenient plus they gave us discount voucher. Nothing.

It’s in the center of the town. The staff were all nice and always smiling.

Perfect location in El Nido town. So close to the main street with all the bars/restos and your island excursion boats. Super friendly staff that go out of their way to help with anything. Hotel is really nicely appointed and has a great rooftop bar. There is no pool but there is a beach right behind the hotel and there are a ton of beach clubs nearby if you need a beach day. Corong beach is walkable & also only a 5min/$2 tuk tuk ride away. Vanilla beach is maybe a 10min ride. Rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. We thought the ocean view room was def worth it! You get free snacks, drinks, noodle soups, coffee, water filling stations, free airport pick up …they even offered to drop us off at our next hotel for free after our stay. Overall a great experience and probably our most pleasant surprise (hotel wise) on a month long trip! I would def stay here again for in-town El Nido fun.

The location was perfect as far proximity to the beach, walking distance to bars and restaurants. The view was gorgeous too. The staff and the hospitality were amazing, so nice, polite helpful and they knew my name!! Nothing

Staff was so much polite and welcoming, always smiling and helpful can’t get any better. Breakfast was always fresh and delicious, a lot of options and big amount of food for 2. Rooms were very clean with nice view as booked. On our last day the flight was at night, we checked out in the morning and the luggage stayed at the hotel safe and we continued our activities at the beach, the staff organized a room for us to get shower and get ready for our flight, just amazing experience!!!

Joy and Jillian at the front desk were friendly and knowledgeable. They made us free very comfortable and provided great recommendations for things to do in El Nido! The room was comfortable and clean. They provided us with a dry bag and other amenities upon arrival. Verde and Piece of Sky restaurants on property had amazing food and the staff were extremely friendly. Service was great overall. We sincerely enjoyed our time with the H Hotel. Thank you!

Simply put, we absolutely LOVED our 7-night stay at the H Hotel in El Nido, Palawan! From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff—front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, security, and doormen—was gracious, warm, and genuinely kind. They made us feel like family. A special thank you to Charlie, Val, Nette, Jillian, Joy, Javz, and Mitz for making our stay so memorable. During our stay, my wife Tran and I enjoyed often chatting with the front desk team. As full-time world travelers, we enjoyed sharing our experiences, and they were equally enthusiastic about sharing insights into Filipino life and culture. These personal connections truly enhanced our stay. The hotel itself is relatively new (around 3–4 years old), and it shows. The lobby is beautiful, and the entire property feels fresh and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, quiet, and featured a lovely balcony. We slept incredibly well every night—something we truly value after long days of travel. One unique and charming touch is the hotel’s “ambassador,” HH the house cat, who greets guests in the lobby. HH is friendly and clearly a guest favorite! The hotel’s restaurant, VerDe, is fully vegan. While we are not vegan, we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfasts each morning. The rooftop bar and restaurant, Piece of Sky, is a standout feature. The views overlooking the harbor and the Pacific Ocean are stunning. We spent many relaxing moments there enjoying the breeze and scenery—it was one of our favorite parts of the hotel. The hotel also arranged several excellent tours for us, including a fantastic full-day island-hopping experience. In addition, guests have access to the hotel’s sister properties. We visited Piece Lio on beautiful Lio Beach, and the hotel even provided complimentary shuttle service—an added bonus that we really appreciated. To sum it up, the H Hotel is one of the most “perfect” hotels we have stayed at anywhere in the world!

We did encounter a small plumbing issue in our room, but it was handled exceptionally well. Val from reception was incredibly helpful and immediately offered us another room, which we really appreciated. To make up for the inconvenience, she went above and beyond by providing two complimentary 90-minute massages for me and my wife. On top of that, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a free transfer from Puerto Princesa to El Nido, and also a comfortable return transfer back to Puerto Princesa in a van. The level of service and care we experienced truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

The staff at the H Hotel was exceptional and professional. I would like to acknowledge the following staff members: Joy, Val, Charlie, Sky, and Bello. I liked the armed security out front. The proximity of the hotel to the water. The room didn't have a phone to call the front desk. There wasn't a note pad or pen. The bathroom has no shelving space to put your toiletries. Overall, the functionality could be a lot better.

????I LOVE THE PEOPLE!!!! I was here for my Bday Celebration and they arranged the room with both greetings when we arrived and during check out the staff surprised me again with birthday songs, cake and H Hotel tote bags souvenir. ???? Mitz is so warm and nice! I am still amazed how she memorized all the names of the guests! Give her a raise!! ✨✨ Our room is Town View room and it spacious, with balcony. They have bidet! ☺️?? there’s also overhead shower and a telephone shower, water pressure is superb! ?I like that they also provided earplugs in case there’s a loud noise from the street which is totally not a bother, tbh I didn’t hear anything during the night even though we are in the middle of the town. They also provided mosquito repellent lotion which comes handy during the night when we go out to restaurants for dinner. They also have water stations beside the elevator for cold and hot water. The rooftop bar (Piece of the Sky) has the best view of El Nido. Don’t forget to book a table if you want to have dinner here so you get the best seat for sunset ? Their Breakfast is all vegan (Verde restaurant)?my German boyfriend loves all their vegan breakfast, he said their food is the best for western people ?? I am not vegan and I am Filipina who loves big breakfast like meat, fish and rice ?Fortunately, their sister hotel (Sea Shell Hotel) which is just in front of H Hotel serves non-vegan breakfast and they have Filipino breakfast!! ? We can have our breakfast (inclusive to our room) there even we are from H Hotel. They don’t have laundry service but they were more than willing to accompany us to the laundry shop next to the hotel.
