The hotel is very central to everything. It’s 50 meters to the dock where all the tours take place. I love that is very accessible to everything- ATM, resto, tours etc. The facilities are topnotch with Nespresso, stylish SMEG boiler and Dyson blower. Their restaurant at the 5th floor is the only restaurant I loved in El Nido. The staff are very attentive and made excellent recommendations on where and what to do. They also anticipate all your needs making you feel home and taken cared off. Special thanks to all the front desk staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping for their excellent service! Thanks for the thoughtful gesture of giving us bottled water and pineapple cake on our way back to PP. I didn’t realize they don’t have a pool. However they were so nice to recommend sister hotels in Lio where we can use their pool.

Breakfast options are a bit limited! Would recommend going out instead.

Great location. It is a 5-10 minute walk from downtown and close to the free shuttle. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Close to the beach bars Doesn’t have a pool and the balcony door was difficult to lock

They took great care of us, great help at desk, loved the restaurant, room was nice Bath was a little during under sink and a phone to call desk would be helpful

Staff was incredible! Carl and his team were extremely helpful! And we absolutely loved Gigi the hotel pup. It was so sweet to see how much Gigi was cared for and looked after. Best place we’ve stayed to so far!! Salamat po!! ?

The property itself is well maintained. The location is surrounded by great restaurants and shops. A short walk to St. Francis of Assisi Parish Church. The church offers parking space in case you have a rental car. It is safe. Their roof top restaurant has a great view of the ocean & bangkas (fisherman’s boat). The highlight of our stay are the friendly and energetic staffs (Jillian & Carl). In a short period, we really enjoyed their company. My best friend & I opted to hang out at the reception area to chat with these two. We felt we were home with our other friends which we really love and enjoyed. Their hospitality and energy keeps the hotel lively. I highly recommend staying at S hotel and I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I come back with my family. To Jillian & Carl, keep the energy flowing. We love you both!❤️ The Internet connection. I had to report to my business partners back to the US but their internet is too slow.

The Staffs ❤️ They so kind, helpful and the best in service. Jilian, James and Carl are awesome. And Ofcourse GG. Amazingly well behaved Dog ?. Loved by every guests in the Hotel. Even the drivers Jonathan i forgot the name of the other one, who picked and dropped us in the Airport. They were also kind. ??? Can’t say i don’t like, but maybe they can improve the Bathroom, the was no door in the shower so our Toilet floor was always wet. Bidet flow was also strange.

It was cleaned and inviting. Always provided new supplies, working was working condition and staff are everywhere so its easy to get help, polite, friendly and helpful. Absolutely nothing

The staff like Sky, Carl are super exceptional! They really go through lengths to provide great service! My family stayed here before going to 5-star hotel for our stay in Taguig Manila and we thought that S resort hospitality even has friendlier and helpful staff! They also have a dog GG and my son loves to pet him! It is so near the boat tours too ! Lastly it was a pleasant surprise that the hotel has sister companies that you can also utilize their facilities!

So much to like about this property. Very nice, modern design from the lobby to the guest room. Room is spacious. Beds are comfortable. The AC and water heater are functioning well. Appliances inside are top notch! The hair dryer is Dyson and the kettle is SMEG. There is even an espresso maker. Reception staff are very welcoming and friendly. On checkout, they even offered to drop us at the transport terminal and gave us a nicely boxed pineapple cake with a nice message! None

Very good location, the staff is very nice, good value for the price. The Sprayground pillows just ruined all the rooms vibe, and a weird wall picture, we took it off, the is so much better without them.

I hired tours and shared vans with the property, for the tour you have to be ready at 8:30 but it starts at 9:30 and nobody tells you. The shared van to go to the airport is not the most comfortable and it is full, you don’t have enough room for a 5 hour trip, it would be a good idea to find a intermediate service between the private van (9000 PHP total) and the shared van (900 PHP per person). In our case we were only 2 people.

The place is in the heart of El Nido. The room is very good. The Air conditioner was very weak. They need to replace the air conditioner to a bigger one!
