clean and the staff is so kind

Good location, nice staff, good premises, you can rent a motorcycle there You don’t have fridge in the room, bad wifi

The location was great, so close to the beach and walking distance to anything needed. Breakfast on day two was great (More suited to my western tastes). Breakfast on day one was not very varies. lots of seafood and no options for western tastes. Checkout was very long, there was a queue and only one staff member to process - when requested if more staff could come to help the 'supervisor' didn't like this suggestion. eventually we were seen and then told we needed to wait while the room was 'checked' unsure if this is a normal thing in the phillipines but i didn't like the insinuation we would steal or break anything without reporting it.

It’s good. Better if they provide a refrigerator in the room

The shower cabin had probably not been cleaned for several months. The towels had holes and were stained. The reception said that the bed was changed every day, but in practice it turned out that it was simply turned over on the other side. To change the bed, you need to go up and ask the reception about it, then they will do it. The staff is friendly, the room is nice, but the room is very dirty

It’s close to El Nido downtown where all the markets bars and stores/restaurants are which is the main area No wifi, not hot water at during our entire 4 days stay. Staff is not very friendly

The room was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the ocean. We got a room looking out over the ocean, with a tub looking out the window and a huge deck/patio area to enjoy the view as well. The room was large and comfortable. Easily walkable to stores and restaurants/bars. Breakfast buffet was only okay, but offered a quick easy breakfast prior to our tours. The pool had a nice ambiance but was very cold.

Short staff at Front desk. We were provided 4 bottled water and small bath towel, and gave us(4) only one KEYCARD. Room phone is under maintenance No mini bars for beverages No hair dryer

Our room smells awful.

The staff was so helpful that they upgraded us to a superior room with a large balcony, a bathtub and a view over El Nido bay for about a week. When we decided to stay a couple of nights longer, the price was a regular one, no discount, but we are very thankful for a week's long stay at a steep discount. Whenever we had any request such as your organisation, they arranged it for us. When we had to shift the tour by a day due to not feeling well, they helped us out again at no extra cost. They also warned us that their will be no refund should we not show up eventually, but it is fair. The only drawback I can call out is the drainage in shower. It was fully blocked and the water was leaking outside showr cabin, making all the floor around AC flooded. We asked to fix it, but after their intervention nothing changed. It made using shower highly uncomfortable, so we could only use the bathtub.

There was the strong smell of mold when we entered our room which was coming out of the bathroom because it was FILLED with mold on every corner of that shower, their breakfast buffet offered orange juice that had green plastic "floaties", it's pretty obvious they don't wash the container. My family and I got sick from drinking their juice cause we thought they were safe to drink. We paid to stay there for 3 nights 4 days but decided to leave a night early because we couldn't stand how disgusting our room was, waited ONE HOUR to get our 1 night refund back, unfortunately the owner was "in a meeting" and was not answering the staff named BEA's calls to ask permission to give us back our refund. I pray this establishment goes out of business. They're scamming people.

Would be nice if the entryway door shut by itself. Doesn't effect how I feel about my stay though.

Good location. Walking distance to town. Spacious room and updated room amenities. Good for families (elevator, pool and spacious rooms). Sustainable initiatives: no single use plastic on toiletries, etc. Can be improved property cleanliness (main hallways, stairs to the rooms), staff service level (hospitality training, handling guest requests and concerns). Breakfast options (intercontinental or American breakfast).

No refrigerator
