If the toilet bowl cover is broken. Aircon couldnt function alone without the aid of the electric fan. Room is too small. Mattress is bad.

Room was too cramped for four pax and no space for luggages to open, the bathroom door is hard to close and open, the shower heater was too hot even on low option,

The location.

Tiny room, lots and lots of bugs. The door had a huge gap so I couldn’t get rid of any. Heard everything from the reception that was right next to my room (the staff where nice but I could hear them playing video games all day, woke up every morning from gun voices from the video games…)

Conveniently located Nothing to report, everything was good.

There’s no soap holder in the comfort room (lol) very important when you’re travelling with a group.

Location was great! Staff is amazing! The water pressure in the shower. There's a laundromat right underneath it that I can hear the machines going on.

Nice hotel, located few steps from the beach and main street. The room was super clean and comfortable, the shower worked good despite last reviews (maybe they fixed this problem). Different options on breakfast. Highly recommended.

Close to the beach and stores. The staff are nice. The shower was running slow, there are lot of mosquitos.

We had booked the Annex hotel and when arrived they put us in the older, less nice hotel and offered a measly 5% refund. The staff were unhelpful in giving us what we paid for. I don’t recommend.

they were over booked, and they made me use another hotel the 1st night and relocate the second day, when i already had tours booked and things to do and my wife works at night remotely so she had to wake up during her night time and switch hotels, and then the bedroom wasnt available until 1300. so i paid for this hotel for 48hrs and spent less than 24 in it. ripped off and not worth it.

That we booked for only one night. Upon our arrival, the hotel staff tried to put us in a bunk room because they were “sold out” (this with a prepaid reservation). When I begun to make a fuss and question why, our room suddenly became available. The staff were either incompetent or trying to pull some kind of trick (it’s a very small hotel and they should have known better). The shower had the barest trickle of water (seriously, it would take time to fill a drinking glass with that flow). Breakfast was unavailable for the time we requested. Seemed like we had to get the staff motivated to do their jobs. The place experienced electrical brown outs, so the AC was down the first half of the night—and that little room got hot and stuffy.

Good value for money, The hotel is very close to the center, the staff was nice and there for us at any time. Breakfast was standard but good and tasty (takes some time for them to prepare it) We ran into the manager of the hotel and she was super nice and friendly. There is no water for shower during all day long and our tap was broken but it didn't disturb us too much. Again - good value for money.

New building. We stayed on the first floor. Excellent air-conditioning and an extra fan as well, very important. Location, close to the city center but without the noise. Very friendly and helpful staff and owner, always quick to help out. The hotel has a little cafe where one can get a nice hot or iced coffee until late at night, no need to go out. In our case, breakfast was included and very good. A few times we experienced a power dropout but this was happening for the whole town, The hotel had a backup generator, hence, we were able to still use a fan in the room. Water shortage a few times but then again, this whole area is suffering from a long lasting drought but every time water wasn't available, the owner ordered in a truck with water, to great expense of their own to get everything to normal. So the above remedies applied to the problems was actually something to like and excellent service from the hotel.

The staff was incredibly accommodating. It wasn’t a great location and the breakfast was lovely. The Wi-Fi could be stronger and they could have more rooms with double beds.

Nothing much.

The only good thing is that this place was renovated and clean. I booked this hotel for my father, the pictures in the booking were misleading, they ended up putting him in a very small room where the bed was between 2 walls and the shower was very small with no curtain so the water was splashing everywhere. He tried to talk to the staff but the 2 young people there was making fun of him, saying that they will call the administrator or boss but then ignoring him and laughing behind his back. He saw that some people checked out from the room near him which was the room on the pictures here where we booked it, they said that they will give it to him but ended up ignoring him. The breakfast was poor but that was ok bcs nothing that good was promised, but the constant electricity and water blockages made the stay harder. For this price that we paid which was almost €70 for 1 night the amenities and the treatment was disappointing. I usually dont write reviews but my dad was so sad and so disappointed that I couldn’t not do something.

Great staycation experience here! ☀️ room 5 is perfect for 3 pax. Staffs are really accommodating.The best part is the Breakfast inclusion ? we don’t need to look around before going to our planned tours for the day. The place is clean but probably just experienced some low pressure of water during bath but everything is fine
