I didn't expect too much .. The room is ok if you just need to sleep The worst part is the toilet, is impossible to sit normally because you got your knees stuck with the crystal of the shower. The rest is ? Bathroom, the toilet has no space to sit normally

the room its small, but ok, not well maintained, but enough for a sky week with friends. the breakfast should have scrambled eggs, that is a must for breakfast in the snow, the remaining was ok. The dinner was very nice, tasty, three courses, good portions, very good in general. the breakfast should have scrambled eggs

The breakfast was simple, but lots of it. For another €18.00 you can have a three course evening meal, great choices and great food. The hotel is within walking distance of the ski slopes, supermarkets and many bars and there is a nice bar in the hotel ground floor. I'd stay there again! I wish the staff and some customers didn't smoke in the doorway. It's a real problem for non smokers.

Quite good breakfast, 8/10 Missed a few different fruits or an option to warm my sandwich. The curtains pole was falling easily if I didn't open the curtains very carefully. There was a machine in the bathroom that could be used to dry clothes or towels, but it wasn't working. Some lights were not working either.

Quiet location. Very good heating & hot water. Very useful having a large ski locker on same floor as room. Lift. Bar/restaurant with reasonable prices. Good breakfast. Needs better maintenance/management: eg dud bulb not replaced 6 days after request. Food not served until 19:30: a bit late.

Location superb. Staff excellent. Meals very good. Bar area comfortable. Street parking and charging but that is not the hotels fault it’s an Andorra issue.

Location, value for money, nearness to the ski lifts and parking, friendly staff and really good demi-pension menu. The room was small but warm and adequately equipped, though in our room it was a struggle to get in to the shower due to the design of the bathroom. Larger guests would have been unable to access it.
