The property is clean and the room was comfortable. Great location with several dining options within walking distance. The staff was wonderful-- everyone was kind and professional. Special shoutout to Julisa who was extremely helpful during check-in in helping resolve an issue with my original room. They need to do some maintenance on several of their A/C units (I have had issues both times I have stayed at this property). During this visit, the first room I was assigned, the A/C unit would not adjust the temperature. They were extremely accommodating and switched rooms. However, the unit in the second room was extremely noisy. It emitted a loud, rattling noise all day and night which made it difficult to rest fully.

Also, would it pain you to put "United States" at the top of the listing of 200 countries when checking in in America? Scrolling past Uganda and Ukraine seems a bit much. The check-in process really needs to be streamlined. I shouldn't have to manually peck in information I have already provided. When my "State" is "Texas" and I provide a 5-digit ZIP code, you should know it is in the USA.

This place is top notch! Everything was spotless inside and out. The staff were so cheerful and nice. Every employee that I encountered in the morning said “good morning” such a seemingly small gesture goes such a long way. The breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean hotel and room breakfast was good with options staff was very friendly and welcoming. Hotel was a little warm but other than that everything was great

Best part of this property was when I got into my car and left. Absolutely disappointed with this stay. We paid for 3 nights and by day 3 asked a simple question about why our room hadn’t been cleaned. Instead of trying to help, Jeremiah was rude, dismissive, and made it very clear he wanted everyone to know his title rather than solve the issue. We were told they “don’t do that every day,” and because staff had already gone home there was “nothing he could do.” No attempt to make it right. To make things worse, breakfast is advertised until 10:00 AM on weekends, but they were out of food by 8:00 AM. If you advertise breakfast until a certain time, guests shouldn’t have to show up two hours early just to actually get it. Customer service matters, and this experience felt like guest concerns were an inconvenience instead of a priority. Between poor communication, lack of housekeeping, and the attitude from management, I wouldn’t recommend staying here and won’t be returning.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold items as well as juice and coffee/tea/cocoa. .Room was clean but overcrowded with furniture. A few of the gym machines were dirty. The water refill machine was lit up red for needing a filter, but was never replaced during the week we were there. The pool towels might as well have been hand towels, they were so small. Pool was refreshing tho. During our stay we had requested for our room to be cleaned, but they never came. Overall not a bad place to stay, they just need better maintenance and upkeep of the hotel.
