Breakfast Good location great for area visiting Expecting a Hotel stay not a weekly / Daily type of residence

We knew we were getting a cheap hotel but things could have been a little better.

Went to clock in elevator was out of order I had 3 young kids and a hole lot of bags and suitcases, they put me on the 3rd floor then tell me the pool was closed due to no permit. So I cancelled after driving 9 hrs to go find another hotel where things actually work. Would not book again

It was close to freeway Well we finally got into a room after 4 different rooms. The rooms weren't that great. The rugs were all stained. The rooms we looked at before getting the room we stayed at had mold in the restroom on the ceiling. The mattress of the beds were lumpy. Our fridge was freezing everything we had in there. The toilet when flushed was super slow drained slowly.

They finally moved us to another room after being upset/worried. She wasn’t pleasant or happy about us moving rooms. Also, we returned to our room after a long day and was unable to get in. The door handle was broken. They had to move us again for the third time. Ugh, very unhappy because they down sized us with a double bed when we paid for a king bed. The sinks were clogged and the shower were clogged. This place is so horrible and trash! Hotels.com did not help us at all. We wanted a refund for this horrible stay and they haven’t responded and helped us. I will not be using this app anymore nor the other couple that stayed with us. Hotwire is were I will be returning with. I travel 5 times a year. My spouse has cancer and was so tired throughout all this.
