The room was dirty when I arrived. I told the front desk, but instead of helping me, they told me that if I didn’t like it, I could leave. That response was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I expected much better customer service. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The power went out for like 2 hours, we had included our breakfast in the cost & the restaurant was closed, so we lost our money's worth, & had to go eat outside of the hotel.

good place , but around this hotel existen other 5 with the same number is complicate to arrival the staff have bad face , and the transport to airport is so slow i need to wait 30 min

The mini fridge in our room was not working and caused some inconvenience due to my insulin needing to be stored in a cold place. Other than this the stay was good
