The rooms are comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, and we especially enjoy the views of downtown El Paso. One of the things that keeps us coming back is the staff—they have always been friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our stays. The location is also excellent, with easy access to downtown restaurants, entertainment, and local attractions. Whether we're visiting for work or a weekend getaway, The Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park consistently delivers a great experience. We look forward to staying here again on future trips to El Paso.

One of the dopest hotels I’ve been to! My room was spacious and the amenities were great! My only thing was the pillow was too soft for my liking. Highly recommend!

Room not clean. Full trash cans. Used towels on the ground etc. Parking garage wouldn’t let us out.Hard to walk back to the hotel (close by not right at the hotel) to get the issue fixed. At the restaurant, no ever came to our table ending up leaving.

Had a wonderful time, it was perfect for a little get away for my wife and I. Will definitely be back. The staff was amazing and helpful. They didn’t hesitate to give us a late check out.

We had a serious issue with our shower. It was either cold or scalding - all 3 mornings.

The location was perfect for exploring downtown, with restaurants, attractions, and shops within walking distance. We especially loved the unique character of the property, the relaxing atmosphere, and the attention to detail. The amenities were excellent, and everything exceeded our expectations. Our only complaint is that our stay wasn’t long enough! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to coming back.

Beautiful hotel, a true treasure in El Paso! Wish I had stayed there more often prior to my military move to a new assignment. It was a phenomenal stay and experience!
