Convenient, comfortable, well equipped. Food always available. Shuttle to airport. As described in bathroom notice, had xto request small amenities like tissues and moisturizing cream. They should have been provided without having to call and make special request

It was close to the airport yet quiet. Set in a family friendly neighborhood Shuttle from airport was not running every 20-30 minutes all day. The drivers get a break for one hour for lunch and dinner. In that case you could wait 1.5 hours for the shuttle. And if you have a lot of luggage, it is a long walk to the shuttle buses.

We ate a pre-paid dinner at the restaurant but the food was very average. The vegetables we were served were way overcooked and tasteless, and looked like they came out of a can. Disappointing

Airport shuttle took a while to come but the actual shuttle is comfortable and private. Drivers drove very fast though. The hotel is beautiful and room is nice. Rooftop bar has great view and food has big portion! The breakfast was very basic and not very fresh. A lot of fruits in the fruit bowl was moldy and the fruit platter has lots of fruitflies. The pastries also lack varieties.

Very nice check in. Staff very friendly. Only stayed overnight but room was very good. Big walk in shower in very clean bathroom. Shuttle service to and from the airport was smooth and on time. Loud people going to their room next door at 5am! Not the hotels fault though.
