musty/mildew smell in our room affecting my asthma greatly

We stayed 2 nights while we were attending National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville-we were apprehensive at first since we had our 3 kids with us, however the hotel was perfect and our kids had a great time in the pool. My husband and I would love to come back again for an adult trip to utilize the casino and other amenities.

I'm Honorably Discharged 100% Service Connected Disabled Veteran. I needed help getting into the hotel. But, no such luck. A big a place as you are, and you don't have busboys??? Shame!!! Other than that, was great. Hordan Ramsey's restaurant, SUPERB!!!!! Loved it!!!

We had an amazing time. We visited the casino 2 night of our stay. We had the best time ever. Didn't make it to the pool it was closed for the night we were headed but it was right at 10 p.m.. parking was good. Room was good and clean.
