Holiday Inn Express and Suites-Elizabethtown North by IHG

The breakfast had a great selection the quality was good but the staff was the best I have seen at any hotel we have stayed. The rooms It was recently redone very well.

We arrived 3 hours before check in, our room was ready so Alex at the front desk took care of getting us checked in. Alex was very pleasant and easy to work with. Will definitely stay there again!

I am an IHG member and booked my stay through Expedia. Due to airline constraints due to bad weather, I had to cancel my last night of stay. I contacted Expedia to notify them of my change of plans and they told me because the hotel had already charged my card for my stay they couldn't credit me for the night I released, and that they were told by the hotel that they would not be crediting me for my unused night. I contacted the hotel and asked to speak with the manager, after waiting on the line for almost an hour, she finally answered and told me that she could not refund the last night. There was no compassion but only a direct conversation of not refunding me. This was very disheartening as they were well aware of storm and airline cancellations. She told me I could write corporate if I wanted to but she was standing firm on her decision. I found this to be very inconsiderate and unprofessional. I will no longer book a stay with this hotel brand. I can be contacted if someone would like to further discuss.

Clean, comfortable, welcoming, safe, good breakfast, several nearby restaurants.

Easy access and safe location. Clean rooms which was very quiet. I slept well and they have a nice, friendly staff. Breakfast offers a variety of options.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The rooms were updated and clean. And the breakfast was better than most of the other hotels. We will definitely come back next year on our way back from Panama beach.

The staff are amazing. Very clean, breakfast was delicious. One of the best hotel stays I’ve had. If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely be staying here again.

Great staff great property

The room was clean and comfortable with what seemed like newer furnishings. It was quiet. The breakfast seating area was small and finding somewhere to sit was difficult as it was busy. Also, lack of Keurig machine in the room was a small issue. I realize I can go downstairs to the lobby anytime for coffee but, there’s something about being able to make it in the comfort of your own room.

Very very clean and well maintained. Easy check in, great staff.

The gym could use more equipment.

We received excellent customer service from the staff. Each day they would text checking on us/the stay and if we needed anything. Room was very well cleaned and ready for us when we arrived. Pool and workout room were very nice and the breakfast was very good as well. 10/10

The hotel was nice and clean. The room was big we had two queens and a pull out couch for 6 people. The hotel was located in an area with lots of food options.
