Great location. Friendly staff. Clean room. Nice pool.

Smelled like smoke

It was just the noise from other rooms and the smell in the hall- someone was smoking, it smelled a faint skunk smell. My fridge buzzed all night and my ac unit made weird noise and kept shutting off, it was warm in the room. Any other time I stayed i really enjoyed it overall. It was just 1 not so good visit.

Room design was terrible couldn't get in and out easily because of the setup

I felt safe and secure... but, exhausted! ...Ready to relax after the storm. It was a peaceful nights sleep!!

Everything was clean if I could improve on anything it would be the breakfast and that could have been just the morning, I was there you never had any eggs.
-
Room was clean, bed was decent, coffee was decent, breakfast was ok.

The beds are so tall a shirt adult has to jump up into the bed. Pillows are like feather down soft and don't offer support. Other wise great deal

Absolutely nothing. It was horrendous. Couldn’t wait for our vacation to be over to come home because of our stay. Had to move rooms because our window didn’t lock properly on the 3rd floor, along with bugs crawling in the window. We have small children so you can see where a non locking window would be a problem. Which I have video proof of. After not being able to be moved to the first floor we had to stay the night in our nasty room. That room also had mold on the floor mat in the bathtub. Once we were moved the next day to a new room the desk chair was torn up and the microwave was missing the dial. The breakfast was the same everyday which is lame for someone who is spending 5 nights there. Also there was hair all over the bagel grabber. On our second night my significant other asked the desk person for 2 extra towels (the room came with 3 and we have 4 In our family) after she asked him for the towels he questioned her about how many people were in our room and once she replied he said “interesting”. It was extremely rude and we didn’t understand the problem with asking for more towels. As far as I’m concerned our family can shower as many times as they like. What if our children had gotten sick and we needed extra towels? Doesn’t matter the reason he was rude about it. The 2nd or 3rd morning I went to the front desk to ask the person working if breakfast was the same all the time and they were fast asleep sitting at the desk. I had to repeat myself 4 times until he woke up and answered my question. It was a bad hotel and I’m surprised they have the reviews they have because this is a 1 star hotel easily. Highly disappointed and not worth the money. Not to mention on our 3rd day the water in the hotel wasn’t on from 8am-3pm which they had posted only the day before it was going to be shut off so they changed our entire vacation plans because otherwise we would’ve been stuck in a hotel room with no water and I was only given $44 in travel credits? I want to know how I get my money back.

Wish was updated a little more

Great place to stay at a reasonable price. Recommend smart TVs so one can access Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc.
-
Minor thing. No shelf in shower. Closet wall protruded into entrance. Don't like wall mounted a/c units.
-
Convenient to interstate and eating establishments. Old and shabby.
-
This hotel is following the example of many other hotels with their breakfast menu. The same thing every single day, after the third day, breakfast was boring.

Staff are always friendly

It was good The shower didnt have any water pressure and the walk in shower made noise when you walk in it. The bed was not that soft

Comfortable stay. My only two small complaints were that the breakfast was a little lacking and the floor of my shower was creaky. But the rooms are clean and comfortable and staff is polite which makes this an easy place to stay when in Etown.
