This hotel was great. The staff was super kind and helpful. Pool was very nice just a tad dirty, but that’s expected of outdoor pools. The one issue was the ice machine on our floor was broken, but that was no big deal. Overall a great place to stay, very quiet and peaceful. The lady who checked us in was a sweetheart.

The room itself was also very dirty. There were stains on the bedding, mold and mildew in the shower, and the top of the refrigerator (which was at eye level) had layers of dust on it. We booked a two-night stay but only stayed one night because, while we were there, I ended up with numerous bug bites.

Having to hunt down employees to check in. Called the number provided multiple times before someone answered and they were not at front desk. Ended up being fine but was concerned at beginning.

Our rooms hair dryer was broken and the pet station was out of bags. The floor was sticky when we arrived. To their credit, the staff satisfactorily addressed our issues.

Breakfast was hot and delicious. They put us in a room with 2 queen beds instead of a king. I called the front desk and she immediately and graciously gave us a king room as we wanted. Great room, friendly staff. I would stay there again.
