Clean rooms

The rooms are very nice and spacious! Bathroom was very clean and a nice size shower. They provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand wash! The breakfast was the best I have ever had! A very nice variety of choices. The cinnamon rolls and bacon were so delicious! The staff were all very nice and helpful! I highly recommend everyone to stay at the Holiday Inn Express off of Hwy 99 Elk Grove CA!!

Hotel room has bugs, my wife and I have bitten on our legs. When we entered the room, we smelled bug spray,.

No alert for booking that pool would not be in service. We were planning on the pool. A note as you are checking in does nothing. Posting on the site doesn’t help those that go through their party. And I know that there are ways to get messages through the third-party, letting us know and we got nothing.

Overall great place was very pleasant

Ice machine was empty everyday on all floors. We also had a toilet issue at 7p on a Saturday and called the front desk who said housekeeping is only available 9-5 so we asked for a plunger. No one cleared the toilet issue even at check out, even after asking multiple times. The light also went out in the bathroom for some strange reason.

Finding a hotel thats accommodating for my disabled brother is extremely difficult and frustrating. I did not experience any of that here. Thank you to the staff that made our stay relaxing, for once.

Adequate Construction, closed pool and hot tub. Bed too hard, shower tub too tall, no handicap shower wand.

As always, the check in process went well. The breakfast was amazing. The cleanliness of the room was 3 star. Our beds were comfortable, however I made sure to have flip flops on at all times because I believe it’s time to get the carpets cleaned. Otherwise, it was worth the stay.

Only gave 3 stars because we were not able to use the pool due to renovation. Also there was a false fire alarm due to construction

Didn’t like tv remote, didn’t work very well. Construction going on in the next room. Pool was empty.

We came in during a renovation, so my ratings reflect that. Had issues that we didn't have the last time we stayed. Breakfast was pretty bland but edible. Coffee machine was OK. Free cookies in the afternoon (or so). Our keys suddenly stopped working on five separate occasions for no reason (was told it'll probably get fixed after the renovation).

I loved the location. It was near everything. The property was perfect
