Location is beautiful, a little off the beaten path. The old historic building is gorgeous; this is a working agricultural property. Breakfast was good. The towels could be updated, new ones would be nice, as well as some toiletries.

Quiet location .the apartment has a good kitchen too.dinner in restaurant available. Shopping in 4Km away located store in Patsch available . I found the breakfast overpriced at 13.50 per adult and Euro 10 for kids.of course this is optional but shop is as mentioned 4 km away.

A very special and quaint place. Fine views of the Alps. Very secluded. The hostess was a bit unfriendly and not service minded at all. She got grumpy because our dog barked at her. He was just a little anxious. Not a dog friendly place. Nowhere to take your dog for a walk. We went to the woods nearby - lovely.

Very clean. Friendly staff. The elder guy from reception spoke very good english. Very communicative. The room was great, nr 3. We had a sauna in the room. Confy bed. TV. The heating worked. No real negative comment. The towels from the bathrooms had a little cow smell to them, which was funny. Everything else was fine.

Everything was super OK, except that there was awful smell coming in from the outside (because of the animals nearby). The smell was awful.

Nice breakfast, big room (wonderfully quiet), fabulous views from vicinity of hotel, evening meal provided though they finish serving very early. This is also a working small farm (at rear) so has a rural feel which was nice. Though there is a bus service on the road outside and easy access by road to Innesbruck Reception opened significantly later than advertised which was bit annoying. NB I don't think it provides rooms all the year round?

Excellent dinner and wine. Very good value and a charming waitress. The room was large and comfortable. The mater familias was very stern and unsmiling. I felt I was a bit of a nuisance. The hotel is a little further from the Brenner Pass than I had hoped; in fact there is a €3 charge for crossing the valley.

No comment. The unhelpful greeting on arrival.

Good decorations, good staffs, comfortable bed, new bathroom. There is a sauna in the room. No elevator, weak WIFI signal, far from Innsbruck. Approximately 13 kilometers far from Innsbruck town.

Beautiful location and very peaceful. The room was mostly clean and had been newly refurbished. Staff were friendly and attentive. We had no soap or shower products in the room. The toilet was not properly cleaned after previous guests. Bathroom door did not close. Towels were old and dry and smelled liked farm animals. Small choice of breakfast options.

The room is in a guesthouse located in a village far from Innsbruck town centre. There is enough parking around the property and it is free. There is no elevator but the rooms are accessible through a large flight of stairs. The room was very big, clean, newly renovated, quiet, with a small bathroom. The bed was large with plenty of pillows. The Gasthof is 5 min drive from a supermarket. The continental breakfast had all the essentials including delicious scrambled eggs from the farm's own hens and local breads, meats and cheeses. In order to reach the Gasthof you definitely need a car. The welcome from the woman at the desk was very unfriendly and unable to communicate in English. The other host was more fluent and more approachable (at times excessive). The hotel is definitely clean but be warned that the place smells strongly of stables and could be very off putting. The bathroom was very small and had only some shower gel, no soap.
