This hotel is pretty neglected and has an odor of moldy carpet. I did not even stay after seeing our room. I do not recommend going there
-
The only good thing worth highlighting is the staff. Other than that, the hotel is outdated. The hallway had a strong food smell, one of the blankets had a hole in it, and the bathroom curtain was dirty. The rooms are not soundproof, and there is a train hub right in front of the hotel, in addition to a lot of noise from the street. The list goes on and on. A 7.0 score was way too generous!

Check in process was easy
-
For the price it was way better than what I was expecting. I’ll come back.

Good price, large and clean room. However, there is one major problem: our room faced the railroad tracks. All night long, we could hear the cars banging and coupling together very loudly. The windows are old and do a very poor job of blocking the noise. It was extremely difficult to sleep. Overall, the hotel is good for the price, but the noise from the railroad was a major downside.

After dark, backside of building had some kind of insect swarming issue, especially on the back entry doors. Back doors covered in this insect. Had to walk thru those doors to get in with the kids and then they can get on you and you can bring them into hotel. Lights probably were main reason for the insects to be drawn to the building, but OK with lights at night for personal safety and for vehicle overnight. Breakfast was ok with eggs/sausage, waffles, cereal etc. Would not have stayed if there was no breakfast, as this saves a bunch of time and money if you have to get to a sporting event by 8am!

Basic breakfast with waffles toast, yogurt, bagels.

The staff was friendly and courteous. We were in our room within 5 minutes of checking in. Its an older building, so it can use some work and upgrades, but it's well kept and clean.
-
No elevator. Outdated interior. Mediocre breakfast.
-
Sheets were dirty on both beds.
-
Noise from the train yard across the street,no elevator, exterior was dirty looking. No left turn allowed, lack of decent hot water
-
Our room was clean. The staff was friendly and it is at a great location. There is a McDonalds, 711 and Dunkin Donuts all in a short walking distance.

Breakfast not quite what was pictured
-
The hotel building itself is a little dated, but they've updated the rooms nicely. Staff was very helpful. The breakfast was actually quite good, including fresh scrambled eggs and make your own waffles. The one service quirk is that they apparently collect the bathroom towels, wash them and then return them to the rooms, which left us without bath towels in the afternoon. They must not have enough towels to just swap out as they go?

The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and very big. The breakfast was delicious. I assumed the property would be closer to Hershey Park. The breakfast area was a little small. The property was old. My biggest issue with the property was that the door to the room did not have a privacy lock.

The breakfast was OK Access to the property is not secure after hours, anyone can gain entry thru the side door. There are no cameras. Also the wifi is very unstable. The overnight staff was kind, however.the management service in the daytime here was awful. While enjoying the cool clean air outside after checking out waiting for an Uber, I was yelled at. Travel is fluid and plans change. Don't expect any understanding or respect once people have your money. Don't expect to get any work done on personal devices, they have terrible, slow internet. That's after you spend your time calling some line to get connected. And taking a shower means standing in a bath. Oddly enough the breakfast was the best part.

staff was helpful
-
Clean bed/sheets/floor Non vacuumed spots at head of bed, difficult to get ahold of front desk staff, some odor/stagnant air smell upon entering room
-
Purpise of the trip was a 2 day fishing trip. The room and bathroom were clean, good location to restaurants. Breakfast typical morning buffet. Spoke with front desk upon checkout about a couple things and it appeared he made notes. Would I stay again? Yes.
