Clean, convenient and well laid out. One waitress was annoyed with allergy issues. It was obvious she was frustrated with having to recommend something appropriate on the menu. Every other wait staff was polite, kind and very accommodating.

THe room is very good. The breakfast has many options, although it can be quite busy. The hotel has a bicycle rental service which is great to visit the region. Front-desk staff could be a bit more friendly.

Lobby etc beautiful. could strongly smell cigarette smoke in the shower, as if someone was smoking in another room and the air was coming through the ventilation system into our bathroom. Really unpleasant and disgusting.

Went to restaurant to get a coffee when I arrived as I don't like the capsule coffee they have in the rooms. I told this to the barista. Got my coffee, nice service but when I took the coffee to my room and tasted it, I found out it was made from the same capsules i had in my room. Not nice!

Just Superb! Great Hotel, Lovely Staff, Huge Clean Rooms, Massive Free Car Park & Superb Location. What More Would You Need? Oh Yes; The Food in the Restaurant was Wonderful & Breakfast was Delightful Too….
