The mattress was hard,the pressure of the water in the wash room was low and room needs more deep cleaning.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were just wonderful; the receptionists were ready to help anytime and were very polite. I want to give a special shout to Annet and her team at the Reception and the Restaurant Supervisor and her Team, they always call me for breakfast if they don't see me in time. I appreciate all of them. I promise to stay there again anytime I am in Entebbe. The food is fantastic, but I am not used to it, although I still eat.

Breakfast was good, and the location is the best. I think they need to replace their bedsheets; some of them were torn and had some brown stains.

Staff are responsive Cold water shower, there were ants in the room and the room was not clean.
