Looks like the renovation wasn't finished. A residencia house turned into vacation rental. We had to wait 3 quarters of an hour to being let into the appartment. The hall light went on and off at night. There was a cctv in the hall, very wierd. No kitchensink available. Kitchen área was a mess. There is no parking in front of appartment, only after 8 o'clock in the evening till 9 in the morning. Free parking was some km further with no security. Picture do not compare to reality. .

the view from the balcony is beautiful, you can see the sea, Capri island and the Vezuv volcano. breakfast was great, the owner was always available and helpful. highly recommend, worth every penny:-)

The woman in charge of cleaning was not kind to us, that's why I don't give them a higher score.

The staff was really good and friendly, the room was big and clean. There was a free parking lot near the location. The breakfast was the same everyday and the location was not exactly as described.

Not much! Very underwhelmed with the location. There was dog poop all over the pavements in the area! There was a smell of smoke in the entrance to the apartment which was unpleasant. There was no information available regards local shops, restaurants or bars. There was no toilet seat and when we called the host, he asked if that was a problem!!! He did come and provide on that didn't fit. The bin in the toilet was rusty and bashed, and the sink was held up by a paint tin.

Two room apartment with a bathroom. Bedrooms were big enough and each has its own air-conditioning. First floor and easy access. Parking in front of building. Partly free and at certain hours payable. Perfect location to visit Vesuvio. Nearby (short walking distance) sandy beach with fabulous black sand. I have never seen that before. Lots of bars on the beach. The host is responsive and very nice. Breakfast is served in the separate room. Freshly prepared. All OK

Excellent price-quality ratio, perfect cleanliness, the room had everything you needed, the balcony overlooks both the sea and Vesuvius. Thanks to the staff for their care and recommendations for our trip. The breakfasts were amazing, scrambled eggs, cappuccino and incredibly delicious croissants, and sincere conversations with you guys gave a charge of positive emotions for the whole day

Very comfortable beds, clean, great size rooms and especially the view from our balcony. Just as it was shown on the booking. Great location for all the things we wanted to do in the area and friendly staff. Jose who prepared our breakfast daily was a joy and Nicola was very helpful to us. There was nothing we didn’t like.

There was nothing we liked about this property. Not sure why it would be listed on this site. The location was horrible. It felt extremely unsafe. No one answered the door to the place even though we told them exactly what time we were getting there. We had to find another tenant that lived there to help us. Luckily my friend speaks Italian. The neighbor called the mother of the owner. It literally was ridiculous! None of the pictures matched what was on booking.com. We never even got in the room and they refused to give us a refund. This place reeked of a scam. Do not stay here!! I give it a big fat zero!!

Very relaxing stay and within 10 minutes walk of the Roman ruins and town centre. Room was large, airy and old world elegant with large sofa and chandelier ceiling lamp ! There was a mini fridge in the room to keep cold drinks and snacks in to enjoy on the balcony , from which you could see Mt. Etna and Capri. Breakfast was great , pastries, fruit yogurts, toast, omelettes and cappucinos prepared by a polite and discreet lady who didn't hover around waiting for a round of applause but left the guests alone to enjoy their breakfast in peace. Thank you. The local traffic was noisy at night, but that is just normal for italian towns! Once we closed the balcony windows we heard it less. Parking was a problem as everywhere in the town. Parking meters opposite the property .
