The building is large and relatively/and blandly unfurnished, floors were marble and tile,....so unfortunately speaking voices echoed loudly throughout. I think adding furniture, carpets and pictures on the walls would help greatly to absorbe the extra sound. Otherwise, the rooms, facilities and grounds were lovley.

Giuseppe is a very kind host, helpful and very friendly. The room is big enough and view to Napoli and Vesuvius is beautiful In the room there is only few possibility to store the luggage adequate.

Myself and my family has a beautiful stay in Villa Nunzia. Giuseppe was very helpful and offered us coffee on arrival......The Rooms had a beautiful view over Naples and the coast line All was good so couldn't fault anything

Beautiful villa with excellent facilities. Pool is a decent size and you will often have it to yourself. Fabulous view of the Bay of Napoli, or Vesuvius, or both if you get the double room. Great staff, Giuseppe really looked after us (get the airport transfer from him, much more reasonable than a taxi) and you must try his pasta. Not a negative, but do make sure you're ok with walking a lot if you're not bringing/hiring a car - the nearest train station is a hike, and buses are infrequent. We got a lot of exercise going up the mountain in the sun!

Cozy villa and great host! Area was peaceful and nice views. Private jacuzzi was awasome after long walking days at Vesuvio and Pompeii ruins.

Lovely villa with pool. Close to Vesuvius with wonderful views. Most of all the host goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. Suggest eat his pasta for dinner. Absolutely delicious

The rooms were large with spacious bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make our stay as smooth as possible. The staff were helpful and we could always find someone to help if needed. The property is very clean. The pool was great, car parking good, and we enjoyed the pool table and table football. Minor details- the breakfast room isn’t particularly inviting and the food is left out permanently (cereals in jars, bread under cover so still hygienic). The room was only made up on request so it felt like we were hassling them asking for fresh towels etc. worth also noting that the two connecting rooms only have the one bathroom so our teens had to walk through our room to use the bathroom.

Calm atmosphere, plenty of space and wonderful views. Free biscuits and fruit were a nice touch at the end of a busy day. Excellent restaurant recommendations, and easy to get to Naples, Pompeii and beyond if you have a car. We had a couple of small issues in a room but they were soon fixed. Spacious rooms but could feel more cosy.

Giuseppe who was our main contact could not have done more to help us. He collected us from the Airport, drove us into Naples when we needed to and even collected us as well. He cooked us the best meal of our holiday at 11pm when we just arrived and were starving. His hospitality was the best! About the B & B, the rooms, facilities including the pool area was lovely. Great views as well overlooking Naples. There was absolutely nothing not to like. Everything was clean and well catered for. Thank you Villa Nunzia!

Our stay was perfect in every way! The location was ideal, the apartment was very clean, the beds were comfortable, our breakfast was out-of-this-world delicious, and "Giuseppe" was absolutely super! We have no negative comments about B&B Villa Nunzia. This Booking.com property has our highest recommendation.

First of all: The personal service from the owner Guiseppe and his staff makes this place a perfect frame for a holiday in Naples. Villa Nunzia is located in San Vito, just north of Ercolanum - very close to the Autostrade. With a rentet car you can easily reach Sorrento-coast, Amalfi-coast, Naples, Vesus, Salerno, Pompeii... Facilities are great - and the wiew from the terrasses are splendid. Vesus to the one side and the Naple Bay to the other. Sunset over the bay - sitting by the pool.... The owner is a great chef - and can make great pasta´s on request. And then - Guiseppe is a helpfull person. No question was left unanswered.

We have just got back from Villa Nunzia after a 6 night stay and all we can say is WOW!! Such a beautiful place! We cannot wait to return :-) Villa Nunzia is situated at the foot of Vesuvius, in between the small towns Portici and Ercolano. Trains run every 10-20m from Piazza Garibaldi and it's a short 15 min ride to Portici or Ercolano. Very accessible, but will be a long walk up from either station, a small hire car is advised, but not essential. You can take a taxi from the station for the short ride but the wonderful host of Villa, Giuseppe, can collect you if you give 30m notice. It was never a problem for us and we were out exploring or visiting family most days. The Villa itself is like home from home. We stayed in the 'Gulf of Napoli' room, which didn't disappoint at all! Panoramic views of the gulf from the huge veranda, which also has its own outdoor Jacuzzi, a beautiful way to watch the stunning sunset with a prosecco :-) The room itself is huge, with a super sized bathroom (and another Jacuzzi inside!), a walk-in closet and a huge TV. There is a little wear and tear in the room, but it does not detract from the beauty or comfortability. It really feels like home. Very comfortable and clean. The pool area on the patio is awesome, super clean with amazing views and outside seating areas (and another huge jacuzzi!) Inside, there is also a communal area with big sofas, pool table and TVs. There is a gym and sauna too, but we didnt get a chance to use it. Breakfast is simple but sufficient, salami, cheese, bread, crackers, fruit, cakes, eggs, fruit juice. Speciality coffees can be prepared on request. Enzina makes the best cappuccino :-) What really stood out for us, was Giuseppe the host of the villa. Such a kind and lovely man, nothing was too much. We kept in contact via wattsapp and he even arranged airport transfers for a small fee each way. He really looked after us <3 Thank you Giuseppe and the lovely ladies!! There is nothing we did not like! Only leaving made us sad, so we will return asap!!

Beautiful rooms with fantastic views. It is in a nice, semi-remote location with very little traffic noise. The hosts were very friendly and the breakfast and service was more than we were expecting. I wish we could have stayed longer!
