Herculaneum home

Communication with the owner was quick and easy – always available and friendly. Everything went smoothly, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very clean. Well laid out. Great location to visit Herculaneum - just down the road. Street outside is a little noisy. Didn’t bother me but worth knowing if you’re sensitive to noise at night.

This is a fantastic place! We stayed for one night to visit the herculaneum site and we were super comfortable. The owner kindly let us check in early which made a huge difference to our day and we are super grateful. The space is great with aircon, free wifi and a comfy bed. We would stay here again if we found ourselves in herculaneum.

The B&B was great for its price, located on nice street really close to trainstop and Herculaneum. Communication with owner was without a problem, they always responded in a really short time. Great breakfast in lovely nearby bistro. On our second day, the pressure of warm water was really low. But I guess these things can happen in older buildings.

Location was brilliant. Breakfast was really good. No complaints.

Breakfast vouchers supplied for lovely cafe - very convenient. Our room was conveniently located. There was nowhere to relax, but we knew that on booking. Would have liked an electric jug, not just microwave. Had a few issues getting shower to give hot water, but may have been user error.

Clean, tidy, good windows and doors, so quiet from street noise when closed. Nice neighborhood with cafés and restaurants. Great location relative to the local archeological site.

We rented both rooms for our large family. The space seemed a little cramped however the newly renovated restrooms were lovely. The window access to the city street was also pleasant. The windows were brand new and quite pleasant. There is limited countertop space, the restroom has a very a large bowl with little room for storing toiletries. However there is storage in the plastic drawers under the sink. The metro train station does not have elevators and has close to 100 steps so be ready if you have luggage or say a stroller. I received the instructions on my phone at 12pm at the time that I did not have my cellular service activated. Note to others to have cellular service activated to receive last minute instructions. Security camera inside the main hallway inside the home is slightly unusual.

It took some time to get inside.

Location is perfect, 10/10, just 500-600 m from Herculaneum archeological park and 300 m from the station, cafe next door. The size of the room is not big, but just enough to feel good, appreciated high ceilings. The room is clean, nice building and entrance. Even though the windows are good, I could hear traffic in the street below my window, can be fixed completely by using ear plugs. We missed an electric kettle.

Great location felt safe and just 3 to 5 mins walk from train station. Instructions for check-in was clear and easy. Room was clean, neat and modern.The space was a bit tight but bed was comfortable! It was quiet during the night we stayed there. Breakfast offered (1 Coffee and 1 Crossiant) in a Cafe about 2 mins away. It's simple but you get to choose the flavour of the crossiant! Chocolate, white chocolate, jam, pistachios etc). Nil.

The staff was very helpful, we could check in early. The bed was comfortable and the available coffee machine was nice bonus.

The location is great, it's right in the centre and everything is within walking distance. Room was all clean and nice. Bathroom was nice and clean. The hallway is also the kitchen, there is a coffee machine and coffee, there is a mini fridge, microwave, a sink and a washing machine. Staff seems nice and responsive when you message them. The kitchen is very minimal but should at least have some plates, bowls and cutlery since this place is like a "studio apartment" and so expensive. The coffee machine didn't look very clean and seems to have been used without cleaning it for a while. The sink tap had rust and didn't look very healthy to drink water from it. The fridge barely makes drinks cold so it's kinda pointless, also it would be best to have a mini fridge in each of the room rather than be shared as you don't know who can touch your food and some leave food even after they have left so overtime it starts to smell in the fridge. Only communicated with the staff by message on Booking.com and even though I asked them to reply in English they always seem to reply in Italian apart from one time they replied in English.

Very good

The breakfast was delicious croissant and very good Italian coffee. The atmosphere around the breakfast place is vivid and joyful. For some it may be noisy, but it is typical Italian to me :). It would've be better to me if I had a larger closet for the clothes than a sofa, but that was not such a big thing, there is still place for the stuff. The place was very nice and aesthetic.

Little, but comfy room. Good breakfest in local bar (croissant and cappucino), trainstation is really close. Bad preasure in shower, washing machine did not work.

Breakfast was amazing, AC was nice, balcony with a nice view Shower has very low pressure and has problem with temperature regulation. Noisy street and boiler on the balcony
