The hotel was clean but the comforters on the beds were stained. They should be replaced. It gave you the ick to sleep in them.

Pool was closed. Printer didn't work so they could not provide a receipt. The eggs at breakfast were like chewing rubber.

good value

It was close to the things we came there to do and the price was reasonable

Only issue was people racing on the road at night, hotel can’t do much about that but it was annoying. Also no sheer curtain on the window. Blackouts only. Would stay again, thanks.

The hot tub was unavailable but this was not stated on the reservation

Proximity to Presque Isle The pull out couch was very uncomfortable- need to update that and the chair

The bad: Crumbs were left on the floor. And the hotel is right on a busy roadway, maybe 20 feet away. At 5 am traffic starts and it's pretty noisy. Seems like they would have used better soundproofing when building a hotel so close to a busy road

The location was very easy to find and close to the bay which was nice. The room and bathroom was clean. The carpets were pretty dingy. Im sure they were vacuumed prior to our arrival but they could definitely used replaced. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable, could also defintely use an upgrade. I also didnt like how the mattress protector was just a flat sheet instead of being fitted and wrapping around the entirety of the mattress. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was also full of dust and did not work well because of that.

All in all it was a good experience. There were minor things that made it from being a 5 star stay. We stayed in room 310. Our bathroom door didnt close. We arrived into a room with half a roll of toilet paper only available and two towels. But the staff was awesome. They gave us what we needed.

Loved this hotel! We booked it on a whim while passing through PA and are so glad we did. The property is beautiful, right near Lake Erie and very serene. The hotel was well maintained, clean, and had good parking. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the staff were all friendly. Highly recommend staying here.

Pool/spa was out of order :-(

Location was good, value was just ok. Miscommunication about what we were told about housekeeping. Parking was difficult 2 nights due to event overflow from across the street and no reserved spots for hotel guests only.

The tiles in the bathroom, we’re coming away from the walls no coffee after 6 o’clock, which is ridiculous. The Internet wasn’t working. I was told there was no Internet then I was told it wasn’t working then I was told there was no Internet. It was very frustrating. I don’t wanna say the staff was unfriendly, but they weren’t extremely helpful. I called down to the front desk at 8:30 and nobody answered the phone so I walked down there and there was nobody standing in line and there was nobody there. they just didn’t seem to be a sense that they cared about your comfort or the establishment itself. I don’t know that we would stay there again, which is unfortunate because we visit Erie all the time.
