carpet with a lot of spots in room. Room not very big. Breakfast hot items not very hot. need more area to sit for breakfast.

Good Location. The pool was really nice. If it was not for the nice staff, I would’ve left because of the nonworking gym. Was supposed to have a connecting room, we did not get that. Chose hotel because it had a gym. The gym had no AC— it’s was so hot like being in an attic. It was located on the third floor, no towels, no cups for the water, broken weight machine, a sliding bike seat. It was like this at least for 24 hours. I feel like I should’ve had a partial reimbursement on my bill for a nonworking gym.

Clean, easily accessible, organized staff, efficient staff. Clean rooms and good a/c.

They advertised having a sauna, but it was closed. The front desk help wasn’t at the front desk, usually, sitting in an office in the back. The breakfast food was just Luke warm 3 of the 4 mornings. The area around the pool and deck need to be cleaned. The rooms were clean on top, but build up gunk along the corners and where the floor meets the wall.

Great staff, breakfast was excellent with sausage, scrambled eggs, home fries, waffle maker, bagels, cereal. Pool area and hot tub were clean and warm. Seriously great property.

pool and comfortable room staff. front desk at checkin said could do late checkout atc12 noon. we were leaving at 11:30 and front desk said thry did not have us for late checkout. i explained situation n she was not nice i then asked for a receiot and she said bc did thru 3rd party that the 3rd party woukd send me a receipt. they no longer clean rooms ubless we request it. had to ask for more towels abd toilet paper.

Close to family. Price was reasonable Room needed attention. Stains on the carpet. Wall had stained spots . Could hear the traffic noise on I 90. breakfast wasn't very good.
