Quality Inn & Suites CVG Airport

It was cheap and the staff was fairly friendly. But the property needs attention. The breakfast was almost completely empty.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room had a strong smell of urine and dampness/moisture when we arrived, which made it feel unclean and uncomfortable. The location was convenient, but the odor really affected our experience. I hope the hotel addresses this issue for future guests.

Rude staff out front

great location, bike and walking trails across street. The hotel seems to be well maintained. Only negative issues were the floor was not clean. I had to wipe up some condensation and then saw how dirty towel was and few minor stains on floor and tub. The lock of door would not ooen and I had to use card several times for door to open. Everything else about the room was nice. I would perfer to have at least 3 towels. Ty

We stayed for about 5 hours. The place looks worse than in the pictures, more run down. Me and my family felt kind of “icky” staying there and were afraid of getting bed bugs. Luckily we didn’t find any. Found a bit of hair, lint, and debris in 1 of our beds. The place smelled a little bad and musty. The bath tub was stained. The only redeeming quality of this place was the amazing service we received from the front desk. We had a very long day and this was our first chance to rest. We arrived around 7am and our check out time was 11am the same day so we were only going to sleep for a couple of hours. We explained our situation to the lady at the front desk and she offered to extend our booking to 12:30 at no charge! This was the absolute latest we could stay due to a tight schedule. Overall I don’t recommend staying here unless you stay for dirt cheap and you don’t mind the cons mentioned above.

We appreciate the early morning start (4am) of shuttle transfers to the airport. We left before breakfast was available!

This hotel is fine. Cheap and near the airport. Pool isn’t very heated. Hot water in the baths/showers wasn’t as hot as I would have liked. They need to put more milk out at breakfast and there’s no butter for the waffles, which is weird. Nothing bad about it. Nothing particularly amazing, either. It’s worth what they charge, not less, not more.
