The property is showing it's age

Friendly and courteous staff. Quiet and comfortable waiting area. Room was very clean. Toilet also. Good breakfast food. Great food from the Bubble Tea restaurant. Gym was well equipped. Water pressure was very good in the bathroom. And hot water worked very well also.

The restaurant staff were wonderful and so were the housekeeping. The breakfast spread was too good. Met a few celebrities while we were there who had come to restaurant. the location is mega amazing. Balcony if there was a provision to open but given the safety issues of the short railing, we get why its kept closed.

Perfectly positioned on Marine Drive, this hotel offers effortless walking access to both public and private ferries. The staff is exceptional—consistently courteous and incredibly prompt with every request. The Bubble Café offers a beautiful ambiance where the backwater views blend seamlessly into the lush hotel gardens. A broad and inclusive breakfast spread that covers all the bases. While it offers a great deal of variety, it's more about the quantity of choice than any standout signature flavors

wifi was not working. for the price and cost of the family suite we purchased which was over 200$ per night, I would expect solid wifi. I called on first day. they sent someone to come check and they had to make some strange setting on my phone that noone would ever look at. Instructions should have been provided in the room it self with out me having to ask and having to send someone to physically take my phone and update settings. THis is unheard of !

My room!!! My view! The pool, the pool has seen it’s days. Cleanliness in the Lobby, and in the way to the pool! The breakfast, was not a standard of a 4 or five star hotel! I talked it he the manager and the want to improve on the property. It need more attention. The glasses at entrance doors were not clean.

Restaurants should look more peppy.

Great Laundry Service. The Laundry manager went beyond expectations to provide timely service. Good food. The spoons didn’t fit the yogurt containers… Which is another way of saying that dated infrastructure did not have the capacity to provide what the hotel aspired to be. My advice in cases like this is to focus on friendly service and cut the pretenses. The service by individuals was very positive.

Location, staff, cleaniness Room had a strange shape and the bed did not look out on to the ocean as promised

It was Christmas and so it was not really buzzing with people, understandable since mostly all were probably with family. I didn't like that they were not able to provide me with information about Churches and services since I was keen to go to a Church for Mass and no one could get me to one as none of them had information and neither were they able to assist with how to get the information as my google searches were unable to find updated websites of the churches with Mass schedules and so it was quite a nightmare since I wanted to attend a Church service owing to it being Christmas.

Absolutely beautiful and everyone is so kind! Nothing I can think of.

Superb property with professional and attentive staff. Magnificent breakfast. Very convenient location right on the waterfront with easy access to water metro and ferries to Ft Kochi. Nice swimming pool.

Service issues . Our phones were kit working and in spite of changing it , the phone did not work.

The staff went out of the way to ensure my comfort. Ancilla from the front desk was extremely accomodating. I was also given a free upgrade which made it a truly wonderful experience.

Very clean and the staff is attentive.
