There was no washbasin in the toilet; it was located in a separate room where the wardrobe was, which was inconvenient. This is the first time I’ve encountered a situation where the washbasin wasn’t in the bathroom. Additionally, there was no fan in the room. The AC worked, but the fan was missing.

From the front office to the spa and the rooftop café, everything about this place felt truly special. The staff are clearly handpicked so welcoming, attentive, and warm and the hospitality throughout was absolutely top-notch. I only had the chance to stay for one day, but it was more than enough to leave a lasting impression. I will definitely be coming back, and this will always be my safe place in Cochin for future visits

Location was quiet but still had access to what I needed. Food and markets are 1-2 minutes away walking. It was very fancy. The shower had hot water and great pressure. After staying in hostels, it was a very refreshing change. Their massage services were also excellent. N/A

I really liked the hotel it’s very modern, with friendly staff and a nice area. The room was very comfortable, and the front desk service was excellent. The restaurant service and food were average. A few times they forgot to serve water and take my food order, which was disappointing. Also, there was only one ashtray in the entire restaurant, so if another guest wanted to smoke, they had to wait for it. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would still recommend the hotel.

Stayed here for 12 nights and had an amazing experience. Staffs were incredibly welcoming and kind. Loved the beautifully designed cafe' at the roof top - calm ambience and absolutely delicious meals, especially the breakfast. Really appreciated how they remembered our preferences. Spa services were excellent too. Would love to visit again.
