The room was nice and clean , great location, excellent breakfast ,coffee, nice staff, safe secure , free onsite parking I loved staying at Mar y Huerta

Great location and huge comfy bed. Room was clean. Bar staff and cleaners were friendly I stayed here for my birthday and specifically requested the highest floor. Turns out there are 3 floors and I was put on 1 even though I arrived before my check-in time. I'm grateful, that on my birthday, they checked me in at 2 instead of 3 so I could meet family and enjoy my day BUT even though I'd written to ask about parking noone replied so I'd parked far away and had to pay for the privilege Also, I was allocated a room without a view when I'd requested a sea view. Finally I was allocated a sea view but in an adjoining room so I could hear a couple having sex through that thin door and had to use another key and cross the hallway to use the private bathroom that I'd paid for The cleaner, on my last morning, cleaned that bathroom even though I had a Do Not Disturb sign up and I slipped over on the soaking floor and was trying to wash my beach stuff out before flying home with their cleaning cloths etc in there Finally, the hot drinks machine is switched off directly at 10:00 so if you want a tea after you've consumed breakfast, forget it! I wasn't even told about breakfast so missed the first out of two days that I'd paid for The receptionist was absolutely dithering and on another planet upon check in. It took forever There were cockroaches in reception I wouldn't mind some of these factors if it wasn't a complete rip off No way will I stay here again The rooms were clean. The cleaners and bar staff friendly and locations great. Just check ALL details before you arrive.

Everything. The price was brilliant, the staff couldn't have been any more accommodating, including looking up bus timetables and letting us leave our luggage before our room was ready and after we checked out. Even giving me a towel so I could have a shower after spending the last day on the beach. Breakfast was an unexpected bonus for the price and the room was cleaned every day spotless. Happy Hour at the bar and the free Quiz every night turned into something we didn't miss. The lady who does the quiz is a gem. Nothing. It was all great

They were changing towels everyday, the place is extremely clean and smelling amazing. Breakfast, simple very very functional. Good and comfy mattress. A step away from the beach and around good restaurants. Our room were facing the street. So not very useful the balcony.

Location was stunning, balcony overlooked the bay, room was clean, light and airy, and good for me and my daughter. Shower was hot and powerful! The pool was nice and clean, the bar lovely. Breakfast was loads of choice, pastries, cheese, breads, cereals, yoghurt and cooked selection. Staff were exceedingly kind and friendly... would 100% visit again. There was only 1 coffee machine which also dispensed hot water for tea causing queues.

We liked everything !!! The hostel is clean and well kept, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Happy hour each evening is great ?. It's ideally located close the beach ⛱️ and many resteraunts It's an ideal place to stay for disabled or mobility restricted people. We have just stayed in the third week in April and the weather has been fantastic. (We've been very lucky). 21°f each day and sunny.. Only needed a sweatshirt at night after 9pm. Also surprised most shops, restaurants and bars are already open, Even M&M and Buah on the beach. There was nothing we didn't like ?

The property was actually nice, big room and bathroom, clean and with nice furnitures. I appreciated that they still figured out to let us find something for breakfast even if we checked out early and 2 hours before the time it was planned for. In the room we found only one towel (we were two), the tv did not work as well as the shower, no hot water was coming and when switching the knob completely on the part of hot water nothing was actually running out. I went down the hall for the third time in like 10 minutes to finally resolve everything. When asking for a taxi for the following morning the receptionist was skeptical about the possibility of having one, even if on the desk right in front of me there were two pieces of paper showing the possibility to have it. The check in process has been deadly long and I spent two hours to finally have the room with all the working facilities.

Excellent location, great value for money and lovely view Nothing negative to say we chose not to eat the breakfast so can’t comment on that

I would rate more than a 2* hotel. Very clean and cosy. Literally near the beach. Staff were friendly. None

Location perfect. Staff amazing. Food great. Value for Money you will not beat. Could do with more power points in the room. Had a room the road side of hotel. Constant noise of busses reversing is really annoying. I know that’s out of the hotels hands but it’s really annoying.

Great location and quiet Clean but outdated needs some decorating

It was in a great location There was only one problem and that was the shower. As it was fixed and not on a pole where you could adjust the height it was a nightmare if you didn’t want to wash your hair

Great hotel, clean, cheap, easy to reach. Good breakfast, basic but very clean and comfy rooms. My only criticism would be…. Not enough plug sockets beside the bed

I like the welcoming of the members of staff, my room was big enough for my sons and I to not be separated and have a bed each. We like that the beach was close by. The mattresses were a bit too hard.
