Super nice staff (friendly beauty with ginger hair at reception, and darling, funny bartender with a topknot at rooftop bar) Comfy bed. Great water pressure. Beautiful views. Fabulous rooftop bar. Shower was difficult to use without getting water everywhere.

Esslingen is an amazing mediaeval city that seems to have escaped over tourism. This hotel is strangely modern, but based on its proximity on the edge of old town, it works. Like most hotels in Europe, there is only air conditioning in upgraded rooms.

The hotel is very good, well-maintained and good location. Breakfast is great, though a bit expensive, but the hotel is close to city center so it’s easy to find places around to eat. Not all rooms have air conditioner. Our first room was too warm, but I extended my stay and they gave me an upgrade without any costs.

Great stopover option, stayed there one night on the way from Italy to the NL. Great location, short detour from the autostrade. Public parking below the building which nade it convenient. Big room which has all you need, good varied breakfast, comfy bed, good shower. Great value for the price! Didn't need them but don't expect too much from the gym or the spa.

Quick check in, new rooms, free bottle of water, perfect breakfast, A really cool spa The only thing I didn’t find very comfortable were the pillows; they were too soft.

Esslingen is a beautiful town and the hotel was close to the historic sites. Check in was simple and the staff were wonderful. The lady who checked us in was a trainee and was very professional and helpful.

Beds comfort The old man working behind the desk not having a clue of how a mouse works. It took more than 1 hour to check us in. Other hotel staff were amazing

Dining at hotel restaurant on Christmas Eve was restricted to a few folks with reservation only.

Excellent hotel near Xmas markt/Altstadt. Great staff and cozy, clean, excellent rooms. Gluhwein at check-in was nice! And Xmas chocolates in the room on arrival, nice touch!Great lobby, lounge bar area. Feels like a new hotel with all the decor and furnishings. 10 min walk to altstadt. Parking in city garage under the hotel, entrance on the side. We found parking even during tge Xmas markt period. Elevator from parling to lobby and room levels. Will stay here again if in the area. Parking under hotel has gone up from the €12 mentioned by hotel to €14 now for 24hours in dec 2025. Breakfast price seemed a bit high, so we went to altstadt coffee shop.

Excellent breakfast. Great location to the Christmas Market. Staff very friendly. Busy time due to the holiday season so at times a bit noisy. Too be expected.

The shower doesn’t have a door that closes off the area so water gets everywhere. Also, could tell some of the tiles and other parts of the shower were older, but that personally didn’t bother me too much.
