Amazing place! We booked last minute as a stop during a long road trip and I am so glad we found this gem. The apartments are comfortable and mer all of our needs. The staff is what really set this place apart. They were so welcoming when we arrived and helped us get dinner at the restaurant, which was delicious. What I truly appreciate is the staff went out of their way to accommodate our gluten free dietary requirements. She made sure we knew what was gluten free on the menu and then asked the kitchen to make us gluten free bread for breakfast the next morning without us asking. When we went to breakfast the next morning, they had the plate of gluten free buns ready to go, again without us asking. We loved our stay so much, I have booked again for our return trip! Highly recommend, the customer service is wonderful. No elevator for 3rd floor apartment. Not a deal breaker at all, just inconvenient.

Everything. The food was great the staff were superb.

The staff was very friendly, we asked to put extra bed, because the sofa was not comfortable for 2 person. They added it without issues and was very comfy. The apartment is well developed. Breakfast was awesome! It's little bit far from train station.

Staff was super helpful. Location was close to the highway, Esslingen city was very close Room was rather small and a bit worn out. Breakfast options were also limited, we were with a kid who was sleeping with us but the mattress was 2 single beds together so wasnt very comfortable
