Clean and spatial room, friendly and helpful personnel, great location. Balcony was a plus. Breakfast. Every day, the only fresh thing was 2 croissants and one hot drink. Apart from that, just a bunch of packed sweets. No bread, no cheese, no salami, no eggs, no cereals. No fruits. It's surprising for a hotel with a big restaurant.

Booked for a 1 night stay. It is a basic hotel for a very good price. What is exceptional about this hotel is its staff. I forgot my ID there and would have surely failed to board my next day's flight from Milan, if it wasn't for a prompt phone call from the owner, who even offered me a free quick meal so I could reach my destination sooner and in better shape after having to go back and forth from Piacenza. Will never forget your kindness and generosity. It's not a modern hotel but who cares. You will find most amenities you need and none of the fancy bs.
