The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The location was great, right across from the castle, and a pleasant walk from restaurants and shopping. Everything was very nice.

Perfect and very convenient location, parking. The breakfast was really good and the bed very comfortable. The silicone in the shower could use some refurbishment, and there were no hooks in either the bathroom or the room to hang towels or jackets. Additionally, there were only four hangers in the wardrobe.

Beautiful and convenient location right next to the castle in Este. Quiet, apart from the cicadas. Spacious and comfortable room, large bathroom, helpful staff. The room was very hot when we arrived (it was 34 outside). This was solvable using the air conditioning system, but that was rather noisy. If the room had been cooled down an hour before we arrived, it would have been more pleasant.

Spacious and clean rooms. The staff is friendly and speaks English. The hotel is a historic property with interesting interior design elements. Also it has free parking.

A very comfortable hotel with parking, just in few steps from the mighty Este Castle! and 5 minutes to walk by foot to city centre. Highly recommended!
