Location excellent! * Late check in...6pm (1800 hrs)??? After enduring long travel time to arrive or even coming from nearer locality, this is a ridiculous time to offer CHECK IN! * Pool advertised as "Adults Only"... false, as continually used by children from very young age. Encouraged by Hosts as pool toys ++ supplied...no time set aside for Adults only. * Room size for a triple was most inaccurately promoted and very dishonest...2 single beds pushed together and a ? fold out chair- bed. Most unacceptable when booked as per description, and paid for, to gain extra room especially for older guests. Only one small bedside table, a small set of drawers with bed access on one side extremely difficult and limited as bed pushed under ceiling eave. * No sitting chairs, tiny bathroom, shower door only partially opens. * Denied use of kitchen facilities but self catering BBQ amenity is listed as an amenity and promoted..?? Too many different codes for access... gate, front door, bedroom door. VERY disappointed...would NOT recommend. Host after discussion about our incorrect room allocation (couldn't, or wouldn't, change as "fully booked") supplied a small refrigerator for our drinks only. * Yard and building entry need immediate attention as slippery tiles to step up on to from the gravel drive, no rail nor ramp, lots of loose gravel 'walked' up on to unfinished terrace entry and into building.

The house was nice and close to Etel and the beaches. It made a good base for exploring the surrounding areas. Sylvie was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were quite small and initially the description was a little confusing. The three bed room is realistically suitable for a couple with a small child but three adults would find it quite a squeeze. This seems to have been rectified now and it is clearer that you are renting a room in a guesthouse rather than a one room house for yourself.
