I recently spent the weekend here and it was a very pleasant experience. Check in was easy, navigating to find our rooms was very easy, the restaurant Myrtie Mae's was wonderful the 2 times we chose to dine there, the pool and hot tub was clean and very appreciated, and each employee I made contact with was very pleasant. The only downfalls I had was the parking lot felt "tight" to me as it was a small parking lot and I felt that, as with most older hotels, that there could be some needed updates to the rooms. I also really liked that the location was so convenient and so close to so many activities, tourist attractions, and restaurants. I would stay here again!

The room was great in size and fit all 6 of us, it was slightly outdated and there was a few issues with the AC units, but the staff was very helpful in getting it up and running. They have an outdoor game area and we had a blast playing mini golf, corn hole, pool, and pinging!

The bathroom had some great surprises, too. There was a huge, deep ledge near the shower which was awesome for holding all of our shower stuff—usually, hotels never give you any room for that! Plus, the water pressure was amazing. That shower was incredibly powerful, which is so hard to find in a hotel. As for the amenities, paying extra for breakfast each morning felt like a lot, especially since free breakfast is so standard these days. On the plus side, the mini-golf area, air hockey, and pool table really added to the overall experience. Watching a movie while swimming in the pool at night was also an extra cool touch. Best of all, the hotel is super close to absolutely everything; most attractions are no more than 10 minutes away, making it incredibly easy to get to all the local happenings. After getting to town and seeing all the other options available in the area, I'm not sure I would pick this hotel again, but it was perfectly fine for this trip."

The staff was wonderful! They were so helpful and kind. The location was great for me, and the property itself was very nice. Beautiful property, honestly, The shuttle service into Eureka Springs and back, made it great to visit and explore the town. I feel like the carpeting in the rooms could have been a little cleaner, but that is the only thing that comes to mind. The rest of the room was very clean and organized. We were very happy there.

This is one of our best places in Eureka Springs , stayed 3 times and we don't have any complaints.

For an older property, it was clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect.

Fantastic place for a family. So much to do; it was like a resort in itself. A movie in the evening at the poolside was awesome. If someone didn't want to swim, they had the arcade right next to it. The only thing I would say could improve is a larger spa, but it was nice in air conditioning.

Enjoyed the Hot tub and the pool!

Older property in need of a refresh. Clean, comfortable, quiet, but room smelled slightly musty.

When we arrived they had cancelled our reservation. They blamed us for booking through a third party. I was thorough in reserving the correct room because my wife has knee issues and we were in a group. They moved us across the parking lot, up stairs, without a balcony as the original reservation had. Then they charged us the same amount. When I complained, the manager called me a couple of hours later and offered $10 less per night. The room also had an odor, and the toilet/shower areas were very small. The outdoor amenities were really great - pool, putt putt, ping pong, pickleball, nice tables. The food was good. But the customer service was atrocious.

The hotel was great, the issue we had was the lack of info we received when booking through Expedia - just know the hotel does not have elevators (so if they have conventions etc going on & you find yourself on the 2nd floor requiring stairs - you won’t be able to find a ground floor room to switch to). We had my 87 yr old mom with us and stair wind her. Toilet in our room was low also with no hand rail - so be sure to ask for a room with everything you need ahead of time. The hotel recommended booking directly with them next time and they would have let us know at the time of booking and could have accommodated us accordingly. WE LOVED: the game area (which included: putt putt golf, ping pong, corn hole, pool, air hockey & soccer pool) and the swimming pool. So a spring, summer into fall would be a great time to stay. If you have littles I’d request a room near that area!

Gift shop was over priced. Room needs updating, old and needs work. Staff was helpful and present. For the money, believe there are better options
