The guys who run the place are super friendly .We were there for our anniversary we plan to go back next year. Unfortunately my husband got sick while we were their. They checked on us and when we left helped us getting our stuff .the back balcony area seemed to always cool and super peace ful . Thank-you for the wonderful stay

The property is beautiful and easy to locate. It is close enough to downtown without being downtown and is a little off to the side so there is not quite as much traffic. There was only a soda machine available. Somewhere to grab a quick snack would have been nice as well.

This location is an absolute hidden gem. The location is worth the stay alone the feeling of relaxation on the back patio is unparalleled. The staff and owner are more than ready to help with anything you need at the drop of a hat.

The room was nice and clean. It had a Jacuzzi brand whirlpool tub big enough for 2 adults and it worked well. the bed was comfortable, but we could have used another blanket all in all it was what was expected. Parking is an issue all over Eureka Springs it was really the only downside.

The owner and his mother were very warm and welcoming. There was a patio out back with a gorgeous fire pit and grill. Nice seating area. Beautiful deck nestled in a wooded area. Very relaxing.
