Staff is very nice and respectful and professional mostly quiet def a nice place to go chill at if you want to be alone No view of anything and swimming area never is open

It was very quiet. Super nice rooms very nice employees and awesome outdoors swimming pool. Breakfast in the morning there's always a plus

Check in staff was pleasant and helpful. Bed was comfortable and love that it was king size. Fridge freezer was great. I had to wash my feet before I went to bed because they were very dirty from the floor. The slide chain on the door was broken. The water pressure was pretty low. The chair in the room was grimy and the tables hadn’t been wiped down properly. Other residents were arguing in the carpark which made me uncomfortable.

Excellent service and clean room

The room was clean, bed was comfy. Room had a full size refrigerator. The outlets only worked on one side of the room. You could not use the microwave. The outside was very dated and needed cleaned. Trash cans outside was full for the 3 days we were there and never emptied.

I guess the fact I walked away disease free and ain't no bugs on me! Dude at the front desk was cool. The people behind the scenes are on bs. Who ignores emails and request from customers? A petty mf Place is trash, whoever deals with the finances is petty. a person cant make a mistake and forget their id at home but still have the confirmation email and get into a room after I had previously paid. Trying to contact the place to work out even a partial refund, they act like kids and dont respond to shit. I dont think its as much about the money as it is about being ignored. F#$k this place. I get it, if your fighting to keep this place standing you might resort to some petty shit from time to time, I just happened to be in that perfect "got em" moment. Take my money and then add more disrespect by acting like they dont see the fn email. Why would you ask me how my stay was? Dumb mfs you know I never had the opportunity.
