Nika went above and beyond for us.

The floor was dirty and needed mopping. The restroom door was installed upsidedown and didn't close. We had to use a towel in between the door frame and door so it could close. There was a cabinet door missing in the kitchenette. The room has a musty smell. I reported to the staff but they didn't fix the issues. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. The cleanliness wasn't that great. I regretted booking this place.

The room was spacious and clean. The only hard part was the noise. You could hear everything because the beds are metal and rub against the hard laminate flooring. The beds themselves were comfortable. I felt secure staying here with my children.

Strong smell of freon/chemical in the room, first time I've ever had to negotiate for extra towels (not enough for our party of three), broken doors, sticky bathroom counter, stained towels, no breakfast or coffee. I could go on but you get it.

very generic room, not a relaxing room hard back chairs and beds basically better than an army cot

The room was nice and clean ,staff was helpful

My stay here was pleasant. It is a little on the old side, but my room was clean and met my needs for the two night stay. I was happy with it. The walls are a little thin and I could hear people around me. This didn't bother me too much as I slept with a noise maker, so I am not sure how disruptive it would have been without it. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The staff were friendly when I checked in and when I passed them on my way in and out.

The receptionist was nice enough well when we walked in there was an over powering air freshener smell. We proceeded to check in and was told to go thru set of doors to elevator. Once we opened the door the smell was overpowering of dog shit. Thinking it was just in that area we got on the elevator and went upstairs doors opened on elevator and the smell was right back again (we were exceptionally tired after driving 100's of mile that day) so we continued to our room. let me tell you walking into the room and seeing a bed that didnt even have box springs really pissed me off. JUST a crappy mattress on springs and a student chair. I did not sleep at all. My husband woke up at 2:30 in the morning and we quickly left. We live in Medford Oregon and there is a Wood Springs Suites facility south Medford area. I was surprised but I would not even go in there to SEE if it was different. And of course we let everyone we know which are alot of heavy travelers, not to go there. I get having pet friendly facilities, But there are limits to what other paying customers should have to tolorate. Again our experience was not favorable at all.

When I checked in the desk clerk was not friendly. I was assigned a room and when I inspected the room it had not been cleaned from the previous guest. I went to the desk and could not find the clerk. I peeked in the side door and ask if there was anyone there and got no answer. I then found the clerk way in the back avoiding the front desk. She became upset and said she was going to refund my registration and have me leave. Because it was a prepaid registration she could not refund and did assign a different room. During the stay, the other desk clerks were present when I went by the desk.

Location was great. Clean The bathroom toilet ran all night. The beds were ok but a bit too firm for us.

The room was clean, if a bit sterile. The desk staff was friendly and helpful, willing to print a small document we needed to print. There was no breakfast and no coffee. The room was not cozy. Just two beds and two hard chairs. No extra pillows available.

Staff was great. Smelled rough and the beds were not great. You can hear everything from the rooms around you.

When checking in, no one was at the front desk. I had to practically yell 3 or 4 times before someone came. They needed to make a copy of my DL for ID. However, they didn’t give it back to me. I didn’t realize this until checkout. They made no attempt to return it to me. When I was checking out, I asked about my Drivers License and the front desk pulled it out of a drawer. If I hadn’t asked for it, they would have let me walk out the door without it.

Umm it felt like sleeping in a conference room. No drapes. Weird conference room chairs, no table, no batteries in the remote...the thinnest blanket. Like a hospital blanket. But, there are bunnies on the property, which was the best part!

The bedding were not changed and clean. The room is clean every fortnight. Sometimes workers are quite moody to help you. However the room is quite comfortable and quiet. The gym is good

Very average place, super cheap. Have zero expectations, please. Even the staff was rude, just one nice guy who was working in the morning with the tattoo lady. The night staff was terrible, like a man with colour was also very rude, and the female without tattoos were also rude. The tattoo lady was okay.
