The property was absolutely stunning! The views were breathtaking, and the modern design made it feel like a luxurious getaway. Everything was top-notch, from the amenities to the decor. Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything was perfect.

Location was amazing. Hosts were really good. Room no. 2 provided to us was superb. Breakfast and the Service was excellent. No doubt, I would feel like visiting this property once more. Nothing as such. All was good

Loved everything about this hotel, I got a complimentary upgrade upon check in! The hotel manager, Iro is the best, she is very attentive to all your needs. Breakfast, cleanliness, staff and the room were all great. I especially loved the pool at my suite and the panorama views from my room. Nothing to dislike. Loved everything about this hotel!!

The property is beautiful with fabulous breakfasting views, great communication by the host and all local information is available. We will definitely be back Distance to the town, but it gave us opportunity to walk and experience the local area. Car taxi is available on request and car rental is also an option. It was lovely and quiet as a bonus

We really enjoy our stay! it's in a Great location, next to Pyrgos and close by to Fira (just 10 mins) Customer service was amazing! Iro, the manager, went above and beyond with any requests we had and she recommended various restaurants that we visited and we totally recommend them as well! We loved our stay at Serapias, we will be back for sure. thank you!

We liked absolutely everything. From cleanliness, location to always smiling and helpful staff. This accommodation offers everything one can expect from Santorini. The location is perfect, basically in the center of the island, so everywhere is close. Of course, it is necessary to have your own means of transport, but you need that everywhere on the island. nothing

The private pool was our favourite part! It had a beautiful view and was heated so we could also use it at night. The customer service here was excellent from the moment we arrived. Very helpful and polite! The room was spacious and clean. Amazing variety of food to select for breakfast each morning. The area was a little far out from the popular places such as Oia which made it difficult to get around.

The room we stayed in was massive! I was so impressed with the size of the pool and outdoor area. The room was very clean and we absolutely loved our stay.

Someone met us and took our luggage’s up the stairs to our room which was very helpful. The hotel manage Iro was brilliant and an amazing host. It’s clear why she has been the manager of the Serapias suites for the last 5 years and she surely is going to go on and keep up the consistency of her job to a high standard. Any issues we had, were fixed swiftly and her customer service was efficient at all times. She took into consideration our need for privacy and gave us the best room at the top without having to ask her. If you read this Iro, thank you for all your help. Also want to mention Elias our favourite “papu”. He was brilliant and always there when needed and always had a smile and cheery positive attitude. He was very attentive, and just very sweet and warming towards us. Thank you Elias. On the first day some of the bedsheets, towels and items had some dirt on them which did put us off but then after speaking to Iro, these were all fixed and replaced the following days.

Amazing Breakfast, he always asked us what we wanted the morning as we had the first villa on the road so I just went out to meet the breakfast organiser, he was friendly. I was travelling with my daughter, she had picked Santorini and she loved it. Well I arrived at the hotel and no one turned up for 20 minutes, so that was a let down, however someone came by and we had flown from Athens hence a short flight.

For breakfast you choose in evening and they deliver to your doorstep, it’s cool but nice to have a chance to add something…..

The private pool was awesome and was great to dip into to cool down. Superb Aircon system. Breakfast is delivered and beautifully arranged in the outdoor patio area. Massive shower room which included a rainfall shower. Can't be changed but location is in the sticks, a car is definitely required!
