Hotel La Bastide d'Eygalières

Nice property, very close to Eygalieres. Pool is nice although. little too small. We arrived around 1:30 pm and were told no room service or any snack options, only restaurant option. We sat down and ordered only to be told that the Chef says we can only have a platter of cheese. Which we politely declined. Never seen such disdain for guests at a hotel this category. Will not necessarily recommend the place.

They indicate that food/drink isn't allowed in the pool area. The only thing that would have made the stay better was if they allowed plastic cups for beverages at the pool.

The staff. The drains in the bathroom smelt a bit.

The staff and Christine were extraordinarily responsive during my stay. The accommodations were perfect with plenty of room for privacy and quiet. The kitchen delivered wonderful meals with local ingredients to top it all off. I would give Hotel Bastide a big round of applause for making my stay so nice. This charming hotel in the quaint Provençal village Eygalieres is a true hidden gem. The artistic décor and tranquil atmosphere made for a perfect, intimate retreat. We loved the delicious food, beautifully prepared with fresh, local ingredients. The hotel is wonderfully dog-friendly, and our furry companion was warmly welcomed. The sound of cicadas added to the peaceful ambiance. We can't wait to return to this serene and delightful haven.

It was great value for money. The hotel is very nice and so is the staff. The breakfast is a little expensive fornthe limited bugffet.

It's a 15 minute walk/3 minute drive into Eygalieres which is a lovely town with great restaurants and bars. Breakfast was very good, staff very friendly and the pool and relaxation areas were very pleasant. The shower basin overflowed a little and was not really fixed to the right level while we were staying.

The Bastide was charming and very luxurious. The kids loved it as it has a pool and a trampoline, and they were able to go pick the eggs from the chicken coop. We got the family room that was very spacious with 2 separate bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub, AC, TV in each room and lovely country style decor. The village was charming with great restaurants that caters for all palates, and an approx 1hour drive to Avignon, Nîmes, Pont du Gard…. We really loved our stay there.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. Staff friendly. Booking and checking in easy. All requests, (parking and room view) met. Room spotlessly clean. We only stayed one night and did not get to dine at the restaurant but in looked lovely and whilst taking a late swim saw happy clientele. Eygaliéres is a lovely village. The short walk from the hotel is an enjoyable one. Highly recommended. Merci.

The hotel is small and intimate. We had a great view from our room and enjoyed the cool aircon after hot days outside. We loved the food at the restaurant, sitting there with a glass of wine overlooking the property was very relaxing. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The pool area was lovely and a great way to spend a hot afternoon. The hotel offers a calm area with hammocks where you can snooze or read, and a play area. It is close enough to the village that we simply walked for coffee and dinner. All in all, great discovery and I will be back for sure.

The hotel has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere which is exactly what we were hoping for. Staff all very kind and accommodating, lovely clean and comfortable rooms with air con, and a beautiful pool. Would love to come back here and would recommend to anyone visiting the area!
