Comfort Inn & Suites Fairborn near Wright Patterson AFB

Clean, comfortable, quiet. I simply didn't need or use the amenities. The refrigerator didn't work but I later realized I needed to turn it on and didn't so that's on me. The HVAC was hard for me to figure out. I set a temp for heat because it was 60 degrees when I arrived and it kept warming after it reached my desired temp then when I turned on the cool, I had the opposite problem. Finally put it on fan I think, and it went to my desired temp and stayed there. Not the way and HVAC has worked in any other hotel I stayed at but not a major problem. I had a dog with me and the put me in a room right by the door to the dog walking area which made it very convenient for me.

The elevator was not AIR CONDITIONED, So it was HOT AS BALLS in that thing. Our bathroom looked like the tile edges were half finished. The Breakfast steam tables were ANIHILATED AND GONE by 8:30, So I WENT WITHOUT on the first morning. This place should drop the average night stay to 75-80 dollars per night if they're gonna keep this shoddy crap up... But in reality, what do I expect staying at Comfort Inn??

The room was not very clean, hair in the sink and the carpet just felt weird. The A/C didn't seem to work very well either.

Breakfast was okay. Coffee was good

On second morning, food ran out at breakfast no offer to replace until ask by another customer.

We appreciated the super late checkin (3AM) and only slept 4 hours before we had to leave. Breakfast was great. Solid selection. Great staff.

The property was clean and fine for our stay but the continental breakfast wasn’t that good. Also they charge a $150 deposit which I have not been charged at other hotels.

Location was alright No hot water and tea in lobby, and coffee in pump pot was NEVER hot…BOTH days of our stay. Attendants at front desk NOT very helpful either day. Would like to see oatmeal and more choices for breakfast.

The room was clean and uncluttered. Bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows, and I could control the temperature of the room easily. The desk attendant working night shift on 6/13/26 was super nice and helpful. I had lost my car key and was back and forth, in a panic. He was so patient and concerned, and kept asking what he could do to help. He was so very kind. Carpet was worn in places, walls showed age, breakfast was so-so, and the staff was inconsistent. Some were very friendly and others were cool and uninterested in helping. The front doors lock at 11, and if you are lucky, someone is manning the front desk to let you in. However, the 2nd night I stood for what seemed a long time (no pne at the desk) before I finally left and found a side door that I could scan my key so I could get into my room.

I always stay here when in town.

Thank you for providing breakfast. Basic hotel food fare offered in a convenient location. Room had that lingering old dirty ashtray smell. No filtered drinking water was provided. I'm thinking this is a refurnished hotel that used to allow smoking.

It’s a simple no frills room with nothing that makes it special. Pretty mich a no brand Generic Hotel. Nothing to complain about or tell my friends
